Can I give 6 stars? Let me start by saying I have had a negative view of dentistry due to some bad experiences during my lifetime. This has led me to avoid dental visits unless I have a problem. I can’t say enough positive things about Fox Family Dentistry. I am a new patient for Dr Fox and have seen him recently for a crown replacement and cleaning/examine. I am very impressed with this organization and have complete confidence in their work. They are very competent, they listen, and they do a great job explaining everything what they are doing. You will be hard pressed to find a more friendly doctor and staff. Dr. Fox is a gentlemen, and I have been treated by Stephanie and Amanda and they are outstanding. They all feel like friends and if you don’t like being a dental patient, they understand that and they spend a lot of time making you feel comfortable. Their approach is conservative, so they are focused on maintaining good dental health and on anything that is serious or may become serious. The are not looking to create business. I now go to the dentist.

Great dentist office. Erin is the best hygienist ever she is so gentle and sweet I love her. If I say in dentist I would choose fox family dentistry they are the best.

Today I had an amazing experience yet again with Fox Family Dentistry. I went in for a routine check up and cleaning. And just like every time I'm in there, the Hygienist is always super friendly, courteous and caring. Today was a little different though. During my cleaning, the Hygienist really showed above and beyond care for what she thought was concerning. My gums were inflamed and bleeding quite a bit. Ms. Stacy P. gave me a mirror, showed me the problem area and really explained to me in detail what was going on with my gums. Yes, every hygienist does this, But Ms. Stacy's delivery of that news was much more compassionate today. She really made me feel like I was part of the Fox family and gave me the news as if I was her own family. I cannot say enough good things about Fox Family Dentistry, Thank you Stacy P. for being great at your job and doing it with such a warm heart!!!

Dr Fox is a great dentist, we really love him! Clean office and the staff are friendly.

We're a military family and were fortunate to find Fox Family Dentistry right off the bat. After an accident with my 3 year old's teeth, we called Dr. Fox worried, believing it might be a dental emergency. He returned our call right away, after hours, and calmed us down and diagnosed the issue over the phone. Great advice and really calmed our nerves. Then, later that night right before bed he followed up with a text message. When it comes to great service from a doctor you can and should trust, I would recommend Dr. Fox every time.

The most friendly dentist & hygienists here. They’ve always been prompt with my appointments & very caring. I recently chipped a tooth & they fit me in quickly with an easy fix! Very happy with my experience.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! We’re military & move every couple of years so I’ve seen a lot of different dentists. Dr. Fox and his staff are by far the best & truly care about their patients. Thank you for keeping my kids (& myself) anxiety free with every visit!

I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Fox and his team. Dr. Fox is by far the most compassionate dentist I’ve ever visited. As a new patient, he called me the night prior to my appointment to introduce himself and see if I had any questions. His office’s COVID procedures made me feel very safe and his office staff was equally kind and personable. It was a wonderful experience overall.

Dr.Fox and his staff are absolutely wonderful!! I have gone here for years and now drive over an hour each way because I know I'll never find one as good as this office is! They are attentive, thorough, genuine and kind in every way. They actually care!!

I have been a patient for almost 4 years. Dr. Fox, the hygienists, and front office staff are professional, friendly, and provide excellent care.

While researching local dentists, Fox Family Dentistry was recommended by several neighbors, and thus I felt comfortable giving them a try. I'm happy to say that my first cleaning went very well. Both Erin, my hygienist, and Dr. Fox (senior) were incredibly pleasant and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed and left knowing I would recommend Fox Dentistry to my entire family.

Have been going to Fox Family Dentistry for years - always a fantastic experience. I see Dr Erik Fox in Springfield - easy in and out and the front desk staff and hygienists are top notch. Recently did Envisalign with them - Dr Ezzeldin is wonderful! So glad they added this to their dental portfolio. Ecstatic with the results and I didn’t have to get used to a new dental office to do it. LOVE LOVE LOVE Fox Family Dentistry!

Dr. Fox came highly recommended to me as an excellent dentist for “anxious people who get stressed about the dentist” — and he (and his office) have absolutely earned that reputation. Over my adult life I’ve probably seen a least a dozen dentists, and Dr. Fox was the first to have ever personally called the day before my appointment to check in, introduce himself, and find out if I had any questions prior to the appointment. It made me feel so much better to have that contact prior to coming in. My hygienist answered all of my questions, and was extra careful during my cleaning around the sensitive areas on my teeth. The staff was all super pleasant and courteous - it was easy to book an appointment and do my new patient paperwork. Covid protocols in place included having me wait in the car until the last minute, chairs blocked off in waiting room to enforce distancing, extra plexiglass, a temp screening and screening paperwork, and what looked like an air filtration machine in the appointment area — all of which made me feel very safe. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My daughters and I just had our first dentist appointments with this office today and the front office staff, hygienists and the dentist were so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They made you feel like family, it was such a positive experience!

Staff was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. They all have very positive attitudes and genuinely enjoy interacting with patients. The office is clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

I know Doctors Larry and Erik Fox both personally and professionally and can vouch for their quality work and their integrity. Great dentists who have the best interests of their patients in mind every time.

Kind, cheerful, and friendly front desk staff! Did not have to wait. They called me back before I even finished the paperwork. The hygienist and dentist listened to my concerns and promptly answered questions and came up with a plan. Clearly they are an experienced team. You won't see me going anywhere else, anytime soon!

I live in Florida, but am visiting in Virginia. One of my crowns popped off when I was flossing. Tom called his dentist, Dr. Lawrence T. Fox, from Fox Family Dentistry, to see if I could be seen. He said yes. Come in today at 3 pm. Dr. Fox and Stacey met me in the office and took care of my crown. I wanted to hug both of them. I was in and out in 30 minutes! Fabulous service and care!
