Felton Dentistry - Chester, VA

Great staff. Explained everything. I've been searching for an office I felt comfortable at and I found it. Got a great new patient bag with a brush, paste and floss!!!

I had an appt scheduled for 3pm. I'm still waiting to be seen. It's been 20 minutes and people that have come in after me are already being seen. When I ask how much longer will it take. I was told a chair was being cleared for me. They proceed to call another patient before me. I'm over it. It's frustrating because this occurred at the previous location as well, Chester Family Dentistry.

I had struggled to find a dentist in the Chester area for several months and was lucky to get an appointment at Felton Dentistry. The scheduling process was simple and straightforward. Upon arrival, the check-in was fast and the wait was only a few minutes to be taken in for my exam. The hygienist and dentist were thorough and professional and set a follow up appointment for some necessary work before I left. With an expanding facility and inviting environment, I imagine a successful future for this office. Thank you for a great experience.

My family and I were coming from Chester Family Dentistry and we have been treated like rejects. They have not done anything they were supposed to do and treated my wife with disrespect. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment for anyone! The only reason I gave them a star is it wouldn't post without one.

wow great customers service until I asked why do you schedule new patient at 1130 or 1200 when the great DR Felton goes on lunch and he won't be able to extract nothing until the next day ! crazy thing dr office called me back and I told them I needed an exstraction set up .... get there to have to schedule another appointment ! waisted time, money and moved my flight! Just to be told to come the next day

Office came recommended by a friend however I was sad to hear how rude the woman on the phone was when asking about services. Sounded beyond bothered when I asked how her day was. Hope it’s terrible.

I had a great experience with Dr. Felton and his team! Within two weeks I was able to schedule an appointment as a new patient, start a treatment plan and have a tooth extracted with no issues. The experience to get my tooth extracted was great. I was so nervous to schedule the appointment, let alone go to the appointment, but Jillian made the experience a breeze. She talked me through the process the whole time and made me feel so comfortable. The next day I was up and moving with no issues. Thank you all for a great experience. I will continue to come and will encourage others to do the same!

I was a new patient, kind of nervous and immediately I was confronted in a very nice welcoming way. The check-in process was so fast! Everyone from the front desk workers, to the hygienist, to the dentist were wonderful to me. They have a relaxing environment and personalize with you. I will be recommending them to my family, and I highly suggest picking this place when looking for a dentist! They are very honest and will let you know the best plan for you moving forward. I just moved here from out of state, and they were very welcoming and I will be staying with them longterm for care. Thank you guys for being really nice people, and for going above and beyond! They wont treat you like a "patient" they will treat you like family.

Tamara & Doctor Felton we’re both amazing.

I had the pleasure of having Tamara Matthews as my Hygienist! I've never felt so listened to and taken care of. I highly recommend her snd the practice!

Today I had to have an extraction at 37 weeks pregnant! I have put this off for so long because I am truly terrified of the dentist and when I have visited other places for emergency relief I felt shamed about the condition of my teeth or a bad vibe from the office. However that is not the case with Dr. Felton and his amazing team! They were so delicate with me and explained everything along the way to be sure I understood and eased my anxiety! Raquel was the absolute sweetest as well as Dr. B & Dr. Felton! I look forward to seeing them postpartum to help restore my smile and get these teeth healthy again!

After explaining my concerns with Dr Felton, he explained my condition and procedures how he would take care of it. I placed my trust in him and returned the following day to have teeth extracted. The procedure was a success. My fear of of scheduling an appointment with a dentist (Dr. Felton) has finally changed. I recommend Felton Denistry. Thank you Lord for eliminating the fear.

I love this place! Which may be weird to say about a Dentist. It's a welcoming environment. I love that the staff is diverse and has no problem Educating you about your mouth health. The Doctor is just as lovely. He doesn't say much, but when he doesn't speak, it's always Delightful and Educational. I enjoy that he doesn't talk to fill up space! The begin to the end was excellent!

Recently moved to the area and after my daughter and I went, somewhat excited to have rest of family go soon. The staff was great. First time I felt a dentist and staff took the time to do full evaluation and come up with a treatment plan. Don't have serious issues, but good to know they work to truly make a difference.

Dr. Felton and his staff do a superb job ensuring your comfort and understanding of necessary procedures. They are awesome!
