Everyone was really nice and welcoming for my child’s first dentist appointment. The office was modern and clean. The doctor was so nice and patient!

Great experience as always. I come in with my 5 kids (4under4) and also need a cleaning myself. The team cleans my kids teeth while my cleaning is happening and gets us in and out quickly! The kids are so happy to go off alone with the hygienists and come back happy! I appreciate their compassionate care that allows me to also focus on my preventative health.

I had the worst experience here. I am new from out of state and chose this dentistry based on reviews and boy did it steer me wrong. I was came in and was told i had multiple fillings to be done. I had 4 fillings done in two days and was in excruciating pain. My gums were bleeding and bruised for days. I went back a week later and Dr. Gardner redid 3/4 fillings. The problem was still not solved. I have gone 2 months with excruciating pain and the inability to eat food desired. And one filling that was not replaced is super uncomfortable. Dr. Gardner set my two teeth up for crowns and did not notify me until after he completed the filling and left two gaps between my teeth. When i got a second opinion, I was told that i did not need any crowns but now have to get them done because bright smiles set my teeth up for them. Not to mention the horrible bedside manner. When the fillings were being completed, my mouth was moved by pulling off my teeth and jaw to change my head. If you’re looking for a dentistry that wants to conserve your teeth instead of drill away for money I do not recommend. They are so quick to jump to root canals and crowns when they are not necessary. I have never experienced dental trauma like I have with this dentistry i am still in pain months later and getting all of the work redone correctly by another dentistry due to pain, incorrect practice, and “horrible fillings”.

Dr. Van and team are great. My son enjoyed his dental trip watching tv, seeing the dog, and getting a prize. Happy we found such a great dentist!

I’ve spent over 20 years with bad teeth and many issues because of it. I hated the fact of getting dentures in fear of them being too white or too big. I have to say I am ecstatically happy with the results of my dentures. They look like they are my real teeth. I would recommend Dr. Gardner to anyone. Their team is amazing. I will be working with them again come time for my implants.

I had an issue with the receptionist...no need for details but Dr Gardner personally reached out to address the issue within 24 hours after it happened. I’ve witnessed this practice grow at an incredible rate so I know Dr. Gardner is busy and probably wouldn’t be impacted financially if he lost my business (although I wasn’t even considering leaving). For a Dentist as busy as he is to personally reach out is an incredible show of care...appreciate it!

My daughter enjoys coming to Bright Smiles. The entire staff make her feel at ease. No small feet for kids going to the dentist.

Love this place and the staff. I am still going this dentist after many years and each visit I am still equally impressed with the staff and the care I receive. I am really sensitive to metal touching my teeth which can be a problem when visiting the dentist, but in the notes it is listed that I am not a fan and now I get a water pick to clean my teeth, truly above and beyond.

I switched to Bright Smiles when we moved and needed a dentist closer to us. I went with Bright Smiles because of their location and their rave reviews. Our first couple appointments have been fine but I will now be searching for a new dentist. Both of my kids had an appointment for a day that we were off of work/school. With less than a 24 hour notice they cancelled our appointment due to the dentist having an emergency. That part, I understand. My frustration is that they left 1 voice-mail about the cancelation while I was at work so I missed it and showed up to the appointment. I've seen other practices call a 2nd time or send a text/email as well as the voice-mail to make sure you are aware if the cancelation. We rescheduled for another day that we would be off school/work- it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 3:00. Again, I received a call while at work with less than 24 hours notice to cancel the appointment and again I missed it because I was working. The next day, I get a call at 10:15 am asking if we were planning to come to our appointment because we were late. I said our appointment was at 3. I was told it was moved to 10 and that a message was left the day before saying it was moved to 10 so that they could close early. It's one thing to leave a message to cancel.. it's another to leave a message to reschedule and pick a time without actually speaking to me to confirm the time. So again, we had to reschedule. This time, we had to miss school/work. I decided I would give them one more chance before changing practices. We had an appointment today at 830. My kids were supposed to have appointments at the same time- not one after another. My son was taken back fairly quickly but my daughter was taken back about 40 minutes after him (after I asked when she would go back) and now we sit waiting for her to be taken care of. They got me in the next day after I called as a new patient. Everyone I encountered was most polite and helpful. X-rays and Dr Van confirmed my worst fears. She clearly explained my options in detail which helped me make the decision on the next plan of action. Gave me referral to oral surgeon and I’m taking it from there. See you again in several months. Highly recommend this office. Thank you
