Great service, exceptional treatment, always helpful, accommodating and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Have been coming for many years and they consistently do exceptional jobs with me and my family. Staff is super friendly.

I was referred by a family friend to check out this place for any dental care I need. well, what a great experience. Reception staff was outstanding, welcoming with pleasant appearance. Nursing staff was well above professional attitude. Dr. Tahreen Butt I met him for the first time but felt like real family friend known for years. Very thorough oral exam, patient listener, and did the job in timely fashion. very next week I took my entire family there for dental care. My family loves this clinic already and my 4yrs. old daughter is in love as she was treated like a princess. Fatima was like our family helped us from the time we walked in the clinic till we checked out. Five stars and two thumbs up Family dentistry of Fairfax deserves. I strongly approve and recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist for the whole family dentistry need. I wish all the success to Dr. Tahreem Butt DDS and his wonderful staff.

Good for adult care, I have been a patient in this clinic since 2018. Dentist and orthodontist are both amazing, and unlike other offices, these doctors do not recommend unnecessary procedures.

These guys are like used car salesmen. You would go there to buy a Toyota which they do not have. They will try to sell you a lemon. It is unbelievable how disrespectful they are to their patient.

I have read some of the horrible negetive but I have no I dea how they feel that way. My whole family and friends are going to this family dentist since 2/3 years. we all feel very comfortable. He checks all the teeth everytime we go and give us feed back. He takes time with his patient and make our visit to his office very comfortable.He sugestions and offering are strongly right. Still I prefer to go there,Those who don’t have insurance still they will get huge discount in their dental cost.

Came here for cleaning and possibly for transplant. The doctor is horrible, very impatient, waited an hour for him to look at my teeth and told me he can’t do cleaning today because he reviewed my teeth for transplant. He then took a indian woman who came for cleaning in 5 minutes. Never coming back, avoid this idiot.

I have been twice and always had a great experience. I've often shied away from dentists as I find it painful, even just as a cleaning. However they were respectful, moved gently and overall the service was excellent. The dentist explained the process and any dental concerns. He seem to have a very realistic approach to the recommendations. No, the office was not super fancy but it gets the job done and I have no complaints.

Really don't understand the bad reviews. The office and equipment are modest, but its clean; I've seen much much worse. The dentist treated me with respect, patience, and without judgement. They had me in and out in less than an hour, too. X-rays, a cleaning, and fluoride treatment. And I was seen at the time of my appointment, which is great. Too often do professionals not keep to their appointment times. Very impressed.

I was referred to this office by my insurance company as an in network provider taking on new patients. I then made an appointment with Family Dentistry over the phone and received a confirmation text a few days after. The day before my appointment, I called to confirm that we were all set. The employee I spoke with then told me that they'll need to cancel my appointment because I do not have PPO insurance, and that they aren't accepting 'new' patients with a DMO (affordable) plan. Despite being an in-network provider, this office refuses to take on new patients that have the 'lower' tier of insurance, despite making contradictory representations otherwise. I find it troubling that this office is an in network provider, went ahead and made an appointment for me after being made aware of my coverage, but canceled on the eve of my appointment upon realizing that I don't have the 'Cadillac' level of coverage. Even more disappointing, had I not called the day before to confirm my appointment, this would have been a wasted trip. Very unprofessional.

Worst dentist EVER!!! I'll never go back there again. The dentist was far more concerned about my insurance card how did I obtain that. I felt really humiliated.

Caring and kind dentist, does great on the job. The office offers very competitive prices and the assistants and dentist will take care of you.

His assistants don't know anything about dentistry and how to help the dentist. I don't think the dentist is certified to be a dentist either. I SERIOUSLY DO Not RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!
