I had a pleasant and positive experience during my very first visit to Freedom Family Dentistry. I needed to see the dentist that same day for an extraction and bone graft and Jen at the front office was able to set me up to see the doctor that same day. Dr. Justin Neibauer was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. His assistant Kristen was very friendly and very nice. I highly recommend Freedom Family Dentistry.

I have been going to Dr. Neibauer for several years now and each visit keeps getting better. His knowledgeable, courteous, and proficient staff treats you like family. They are always so friendly and want to make sure you are comfortable. We move around a lot due to the military and I’m sad I’m going to have to find another dentist.

From the front of the facility to the back, Freedom Family Dentistry has a group of seasoned professionals who represent the "right stuff!" The entire staff is very respectful, supportive, professional, and I might add, extremely thorough in all that they do for their patients. I can't say enough about this truly impressive dental practice. Because my career moved me from New Orleans, La to Virginia, I was simply blessed to find, "the right dentist on my first try!" I have been a patient since 2015 and I have never experienced any problems with my dental work, follow-up care, routine maintenance, or financial issues with billing. A perfect record! The dentist that supported me today Lauren, was the best. Lauren is very professional, courteous, and has empathy for her patient. The entire staff was versed on their profession and that meant a lot to someone who only knows that teeth hygiene is the responsibility of the individual. I had broke a tooth and needed it repaired/removed. As always the exam was done and the doctor reviewed the results of the exam with me. He was very thorough a provided his recommendation so I can make an informed decision. My experiences with the staff has never been anything other than wonderful.

Everyone was friendly and made you feel comfortable! The Dentist took his time to my amd sure I was comfortable and was very detailed and I felt that everyone cared about you ! My first time and I will be going back ! Highly recommend this dentist if you’re looking for a family dentist !
