Dr Steve Larkin is the best dentist I have been to in my life. He has done crowns, root canal, tooth extraction. Outstanding service!

The dental hygienist in my appt was rather uninterested in my visits. She never introduced herself and as not engaging at all. Can’t even tell you her name. The Dr was nice and informative. Patient and calm with me.

Virginia Family Dentistry Staples Mill is the best dental practice in the metro Richmond area. Dr. Larkin is fantastic (and exceptionally talented with cosmetic procedures), and the hygienists and staff are all top-notch. My hygienist, Giana, is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and up to speed on all of the latest technology. The Staples Mill Office recently moved and the new location is state-of-the-art. I am constantly impressed by Virginia Family Dentistry's professionalism, but really appreciate the family focus that shines through everything that they do. I can honestly say that, because of Virginia Family Dentistry, I am frequently complimented on my smile.

First time patient and the experience was awesome! From the front desk, Monique to Dr. Maria everyone was great! My family and I are looking forward to building a long term relationship with the practice.

The gentleman that cleaned my teeth is Christian, and he was wonderful. Had an appt with Mr Larkin on 02/19/23. He evaluated my situation and found it not to be as bad as I thought. Gave me recommendation. Was very pleased with him and staff

This is my third visit to Dr Larkin. Each experience has been very pleasant, and I have felt cared for and relaxed during my procedures. The doctor, assistants and staff do a great job of making dental care stress free.

I began going to this Dentist's office 15 years ago, when I moved into the neighborhood. Since then I have always been very happy with the way I was treated there. Back then there was one receptionist at the front desk and one dentist. I was familiar with the receptionist because she was the dental assistant at the office where I used to go. There are now about 6 people in the front office and they are all very friendly and very good at their job. Dr. Larkin, the Dentist is the same one I started with. He is also very friendly and very good at his job. Over the years they have changed Hygienist several times but I have enjoyed being a patient of all of them. The current Hygienist is one of only two in the office with 5 dentist. But not only is she good but she is also very thorough and very good with her explanations of what she is doing and what I need to do. IE. she does not hurry

We expressed our needs/concerns. Everyone was patient, kind, supportive, and encouraging. They went above and beyond to try to make us feel comfortable all while meeting needs and explaining things in an easy to understand way. Would reccommend Michelle (hygenist) and Dr. Mark (dentist) as well as office staff, highly!
