Dr. Talwar and her assistants do exquisite work. They tailor repairs to your mouth that fit your facial features, and they do it very articulate. I am more than satisfied. I wish I would have found Dr. Talwar before I wasted so much money at my previous dentist. After COVID it was great to be seen by Dr. Garima K Talwar at Advanced Dental Care in Leesburg. At our initial appt. ALL the necessary X-rays were taken and my husband and I had our teeth thoroughly cleaned by Caitriona. Afterwards, Dr. Talwar looked over our X-rays & did a thorough oral exam. She then sat down with us and explained what she saw in both the X-rays & oral exams and what would be needed to address our dental issues. She patiently explained the reasons for the procedures and ALSO the costs of the procedures, what would normally be covered by Insurance & what would not be covered. She listened to ALL our questions and patiently answered ALL of them...NO GOTCHA MOMENT :)!! We were also given a hard copy breakdown of all that was needed to be done to take home & discuss. With the costs of ALL Medical Care going up, it is ALWAYS GREAT to find a dentist like Dr. Talwar who is highly trained, experienced, more than capable, but also despite being very busy, is patient, available, friendly, easy to talk to and straight to the point! It also helps very much that she is supported by a very capable, friendly and helpful staff!! They are wonderful & consistent with their followup calls too! I highly recommend Dr. Garima K Talwar & her staff!

Dr. Talwar’s office sent me a flier for a complimentary exam at exactly the right time — when I was dealing with two conflicting professional opinions. The office downloaded all 14 full-mouth X-rays, and the hygienist completed full-mouth perio charting and other analyses. Her findings were confirmed by Dr. Talwar, who was very helpful in sorting out the conflicting opinions and giving me names of specialists. What impressed me most was that each staff member, including the receptionist and office manager, interacted in a cordial, respectful, and professional manner. At no time did they market their services or products, but instead truly aimed to offer a helpful service.

This is the best dentist office Ive ever been to! The staff is friendly and welcoming. They make you feel 100% comfortable, even when you are in excrutiating pain. The doctors and assistants are kind and gentle and make the whole experience worth it. If there is an emergency they work to get you in as fast as possible and educate you throughout the process. I will not ever go anywhere else!
