Dr. Pham and staff always make me feel comfortable. They know I'm usually nervous but make sure I feel at home. I love that they are interested in me as person ,not just a patient. Every time I'm here staff sparks up conversations with me, and actually remembers what we discussed in my previous appointments. I can barely remember what I said yesterday! After having my son, I brought him in for his first Dentist visit and he felt extremely comfortable and hugged Dr. Pham and Ms. Elizabeth as if he’d known them forever. :-)

I have been a client of Reston Sunrise Dentistry since my kids were preschool age. My oldest daughter is 30 years old. I have never had a problem with their service. My youngest is 17 she stills go the Dr. Pham & Elizabeth. My grandson goes to RSD as well. He’s been going since he was 3/4 years old. He’s now 8 years old. I’m a satisfied customer!

When I am at Reston Sunrise Dentistry I feel very respected, and feel that I am listen to when I have a concern. They re also very accommodating for sudden emergencies. The office is very calm and inviting. I feel the procedures I've had have been very effective in maintaining a healthy oral hygiene. Every one is very kind. Doctor Pham and staff are excellent at explaining all aspects of any procedure, and scheduling (which is extremely difficult for me) has been very since I can text them. I have been coming to Reston Sunrise Dentistry for many years now. However, all that time fella like a blur. They treated me and all my siblings like family and made us feel welcome and at home. They made me and all of us to look forward to coming to the dentist and such a great place to be at! Anyone who is scare of the dentist or has friends /family who wants quality dentistry and has dental fear should come here. They make dentistry relaxing and comfortable .

I have had so much anxiety in the past about going to the dentist that I tended to just avoid it altogether. I tried multiples practices and had not found one sensitive to my anxieties and needs. I wanted to get cavities filled and my teeth straightened, but I would faint upon seeing a needle or smelling latex. Reston Sunrise dentistry was the answer! Every person here is attentive, patient, understanding, and non-judgmental. Procedures were explained, my anxieties were lessened and I was given several options for sedation dentistry. I have successfully experienced sedation dentistry three times: had my cavities filled, crown placed and my teeth straightened. I am so happy with the results and return for my regular dental needs. It is a warm, nurturing, understanding place that is a great place to come since we all have to go to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Pham and her team. A few years later... Before coming to Reston Sunrise Dentistry , I was so anxious about my dental care-even for simple cleanings. I would put off my appointments. My teeth were really sensitive. After coming here in 2012, I received regular dental care. I am not anxious about procedures, regardless of complexity. My teeth are well-cared for. The sensitivity has gone away. So is any discomfort from grinding (thanks to Dr Pham’s splint guard). My teeth are healthier and I am happier. I chose Dr. Pham originally because I knew I needed to address my dental needs, but needed a supportive, understanding dentist. I keep coming back because of the care I received. The sedation works perfectly for me for bigger procedures. I’ve even brought my daughter here when she needed a tooth pulled. Now I don’t even experience anxiety when I get my teeth cleaned, but I still appreciate the comfortable and relaxed setting and the warm, personal care I receive. Julianna C

I am shocked by the amount of good reviews here... Wish I checked yelp first. I contacted them for some dental work on my son. The woman in the office called the day before to confirm my insurance and appointment. She let me know she would contact me before the appointment if there was a problem with my insurance. I took a day off work, drove 40 minutes (one way) and they had me wait an hour for my consult. The doctor seemed very nice in the couple minutes I met her. When they came in to discuss my insurance, they argued I had an HMO. I have 2 plans, I never use the HMO plan. I did not send them the info for the HMO. She explained I wouldn't be covered. When I asked her why I wasn't contacted yesterday as she said she would and before I took a day off work... She said she got off the phone late. I don't see this as an excuse. So why didn't you call me this morning... she had no explanation. It takes one minute to shoot an email. And a quick call the morning of or day before. I don't see an excuse for wasting my time, missing work and my son missing school. It is literally her job. You would think being so busy that people wait an hour with a special needs child, they wouldn't want to waste their own time, let alone anyone else's. Poor experience. Based on the reviews on yelp, I am so glad I turned down have any work done by them and walked out.
