Complete Dental Care of Richmond

The wait time is too long. My appointment was at 9:30, and i had sit and wait for 1 hour. I completed my visit in 1 1/2 hrs. I dont like it, time is money. I have things to do, and my time was wasted

Did not feel like a dentist office. clean, super environment. Everyone courteous, Everyone is very friendly and nice.

Had a great visit as usual. The Hygienist and Dentist always do a great job.

Update: I was wrong. This place is the worst. All the original office staff is gone, even the dentist. This place has canceled every appointment I've had since October because they are short staffed....ridiculous. Take my advice and stay away from this place....avoid the headache The best dentist office ever. I always feel so comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A special holla at Jackie...no one has ever cleaned my teeth as good as she does :)

I was so pleased with everyone. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Dr. Barbato and the imaging technician(forgot his name) were both very nice and gentle. They are great at sending reminders so you don’t miss your appointment but I just sat in the lobby for 30 minutes, 20 minutes after my appointment time and no one came out to give me an update as to what was going on and what was causing the delay. Will not be coming back not just because of this but the because of the decline of customer service I have received over the last year of being a patient here.

Knowingly performed services on me that were not covered by my insurance. Did not give me the option to perform these services, nor did they inform me that they were extra. Now they are sending me an invoice weeks later. I called to inquire - no path to resolve besides paying, so they are sending it to collections. My previous dentist that I went to for well over a decade never charged me for routine checkups. This placed has charged me quite a bit now. Edit: Lance I already called on Tuesday - I was brushed off. You can call me? Update: still no call from Lance, but still plenty of past due invoices coming in the mail.

Seen on emergency basis. Everyone from start to finish very professional and caring. Staff explained everything in detail for follow-up. Will highly recommend this dental practice.

I had an incredibly poor experience here and will not be returning. I've never been to a dental office that makes it so obvious that they're just trying to bill out as many procedures as possible to your insurance like these people, three sets of x-rays and an "exam" (lasted 2-3 minutes) just to tell me the same thing my last dentist told me with a simple visual inspection (at a fraction of the cost). The dentist offered little help when I asked questions about jaw swelling and the infection my last dentist was concerned about and seemed "too bothered" to do anything more than dismiss said questions. It was truly telling when they tried to get me to sign off on having a crown billed to my insurance before I've even scheduled for a root canal with the endodontist, the technicians and the dentists act like they're paid a commission for upselling people on services that they do a poor job performing.

My experience at Complete Dental Care of Richmond was great, even though I went for my 6 month cleaning, they did a lot more than I expected, which was so nice and helpful.😁
