I had an excellent experience at this dental office. Dr. Duarte was super nice and professional, the whole staff had a great attitude, which made me feel good during the appointment and all my questions were answered. They are bilingual! Would totally recommend :) Tuve una experience súper buena en esta oficina. El Dr. Duarte y todo el staff fueron muy profesionales y queridos. Dr Duarte thought it was ok to not call and reschedule with me so I took time off work to get my much needed dental work but he was empire for the day, how convenient. But the first time I call them to reschedule I am dropped as a patient. They are as racist as they come there food u don’t speak Spanish don’t go to this dentist

They cancelled my appointment I made months ago because they said I did not confirm my appointment. They called and texted me in Spanish which I don’t speak. When I called them back, they already went ahead to cancel the appointment. Very poor customer service!

Never going back !!! My appointment was at 10 and I got there at 9:20am just to be rescheduled because they couldn’t confirm my appt!! What a joke I woke up 830am just to make it there . I will take my services elsewhere.

I have a wonderful experience with Dr. Duarte. The staff is excellent and he is awesome. I usually fear the dentist but we him I felt confident. I trust him and he is very professional. I have been going to Dr. Duarte for several years now , he also sees patient on Saturday which is great if you have a busy schedule like me. You should not have to wait long , make an appointment and you experience will be wonderful

Dentist didn't even look in my mouth. Also waited over 1 hour. I even got there 20 minutes before my appointment and still waited. Just wrote me a prescription. Best believe I went someone else and had my teeth extracted. Told them both sides are hurting. And they wanted to pull 2 on one side. Well what about my other side???

I was in pain for about to 3 weeks do to an infected tooth. So I went in they took my X-rays found the infection. By the next week or so D&D Family Dentistry took my pain away. I was nervous at first because I am absolutely terrified by the thought of dentist or doctors. But Dr. Duarte was calming an very humorous making the experience of getting a root canal relaxing. The staff was very welcoming an inviting, so I suggest having your next visit there. ✌️😁 Peace
