I can’t speak for everyone, but my husband and I have had great experience when we come for our appointments. Also, I cannot express enough how grateful I am in finding Grandin Family Dentistry, they have the best staff from the front office, dental assistant, Hygienist and Dentist. Jessica is an absolute doll! Im thankful for her help, kindness and patience with us in person and over the phone while having insurance issues and she is doing her best trying to work with incompetent people at MetLife and Im sure Tiffany is helping too as I received a call from her as well. I appreciate how friendly Kat, Sara and Allison are they keep me distracted while getting procedures done. Dr Gallaher, I was scared for my toof extraction that one time (from the unsuccessful root canal I had from my last dentist), but you made that so easy, you were introducing yourself and then “Poof” you were done! I use to dread going to dentist appointments, but not anymore thanks to ya’ll.. I most definitely recommend this Dental office, they are so personable, make you feel like you’re not at the dentist and just all around wonderful. Thank you!

Billing is the worst!

While most of Dr. Gallagher staff is friendly, and the Dr himself. I was told that I would get close to perfection, it was anything but. The labs he uses deliver sub par work the person I spoke with today was dismissive and because insurance paid the most of the charges, she basically said you got what you paid for, in the 1st 3 months work chipped and was ill fitting. So in order to get it fixed I'm going to have to pay completely out of pocket. Thanks for all the help

I had an appointment today and it was the most definitely the best experience I've had with a dentist in my whole life! I was treated with kid gloves by the assistant and Dr.Tom was such a pleasure.

While this place has amazing staff and amazing vibe. They will dismiss you as a patient if you call and reschedule your appointment. They count it as just not showing up for your appointment. Even though you have rescheduled. That’s not a good way to practice. I only ever missed one appointment. And rescheduled the other one. They don’t do second chances.

Dr. Tom and his hygienists are amazing. My daughter (8) needed some dental work done and they make her feel completely at ease. They also tout her bravery so she is so proud leaving the office. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Dr.Tom makes sure my daughter is always comfortable and pain free and always ensures he is doing as little work as medically necessary. The way I can tell my daughter is comfortable, her hands are never clenched. She has a relaxed posture as she watches a show on the TV in the room. Can't recommend Dr. Tom enough.

Great Dentist and quality work. Unfortunately, a poorly managed practice and a lack of emergency support during a dental emergency. I was experiencing significant pain and reported what I believed to be an infection during the middle of the week. I was told they couldn’t see me until the next week. No one assessed my symptoms or condition nor was I offered any direction or support regarding any alternatives to care. Over the weekend, my condition worsened and I had to access urgent care for antibiotics and pain medication. Their approach lacked professionalism.

I've been going there since 2012 with the previous Doctor. I enjoy it. New Doctor same vibes friendly staff. I love going to that place.

I've been a patient and known Dr. Tom for several years. I can't say enough about the care and attention to detail he gives. Being as thorough and meticulous as Tom is, he won't do the work if there's any chance of it not being done as he envisions the final result. All of the staff are at the top of their game and are just as detail oriented as he. Their practice is more like a family than a business. If you're looking for a kind, professional, and top notch dental practice, I highly recommend Dr. Tom G. and his awesome staff at Grandin Family Dentistry!

Needed several visits to fix many problems with my teeth and I am terrified of dentists but not anymore Dr. gallaher is a great dentist and the assistants have great bedside manner and are skilled themselves.

Dr. Tom and the entire staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Tom is all about technology and continued learning so the office is very up-to-date with the latest technology and procedures without forgetting that care for the patient is the priority. We continue to recommend Grandin Family Dentistry to our friends and our family members are all now patients.

Dr. Gallagher fixed a filling and gap on my front teeth from a previous dentist not doing it right and the difference was huge, he made the color match perfectly and have virtually zero pain. Hardly any gum pain or any bruising unlike the previous dentist I have seen in the past. He even took extras steps that others looked over. Definitely a great place for dental care.

I am a new patient at GFD, and I feel SO lucky to have found them. I have medical issues which have affected my teeth, as well as having previous bad experiences with other dentists; I was scared to see a dentist again. I was a patient of Dr. Ross, at this same location, for years. He retired and sold his business to Dr.Gallaher. I decided to continue going there. Long story short, I had to have a crown and went in to have my temp removed and my permanent crown placed.The girl that he sent in to remove my temp crown was, in my opinion, totally incompetent.She couldn't get it off and it really hurt.I asked for novocaine twice and the third time I cupped my hand and pushed her hand to the side as I went to sit up and told her that unless I got novocaine that I was leaving. Two other girls came in and one gave me novocaine. The other told me that I scared the first girl and that they didn't like to be grabbed. This was the worst experience that I have ever had at the dentist.I feel that Dr Gallaher lets his girls handle duties that the dentist should perform and I was insulted. I will not be back.

Thanks to James A Farmer @ Star City Styles men's salon for referring me to Grandin Family Dentistry , and Dr. Gallaher and his amazing team. I am deathly afraid of the dentist and have crippling anxiety when it comes to going there , and I hav'nt had the best of luck with them in the past . But today has totally changed my outlook on going to the dentist. The whole team was amazing , and talked me through the whole procedure. I felt no pain (I had a root canal ) the entire time . . . . . . and that never happens. I honestly am looking forward to going back , and I never thought I'd ever say that about a dentist . 😂😂😂 Thanks again team GFD❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Gallaher and his team are wonderful! They showed so much kindness and care to my 93 year old mom. My Mom is very apprehensive about going to the dentist. Dr. Gallaher makes her feel comfortable and relaxed and she always leaves with a smile on her face. His dentistry skills are excellent as well as taking care of the whole patient. I highly recommend Dr. Gallaher and his team!.
