I had an appointment on March 21 at 4 o’clock waited in waiting room for 45 minutes before I was called to the back for 2 fillings. Due to the time and the dentist running behind I was only able to get 1 filling done causing me to have to take off early another day from my job., So now today I had another 4 o’clock appointment I called the office told them Im only 4 miles away and ill be 10 mins late due to traffic I was told my appointment needed to be canceled and rescheduled. No way.. it’s OK for the dentist to be running behind 45 minutes but it’s not OK for me to be 10 minutes late they won’t see me again finding me a new dentist today…I would not recommend them to anybody.

I have had a fear of dentists for a long time which has led to some oral problems but I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Johnson and Dr. Bouroncle at new smiles. They have been nothing but amazing, gentle, personable, and caring. And soon I will be able to smile big again without hiding my mouth! We absolutely love Becky too! Always a great visit with them (even when I’m getting a root canal lol)!

Dr. B has incredible hands, always taking the time to do his job thoroughly. Every time I am at the office I get greeted by a caring, professional and welcoming team. I trust my family's dental care to New Smiles Dental. Thank you Dr. B and team!

Doctor Lotfi, is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to. She is beautiful inside and out she not only cares for your teeth, she cares for you as a person. I am terrified (like terribly terrified) of the dentist after a severe injury to my mouth, and damage from diabetes. She made me feel so safe and comfortable. I highly recommend her. I won’t go anywhere else. I am moving but will for sure make the trip back to her when I need anything dental related. Because of her, I can smile again. I couldn’t leave without tears in my eyes, and lots of hugs. Thank you!!!

New smile dental is amazing! This office is super clean. I became a new patient a year ago and the drs and staff are wonderful! I’ve seen Dr. Fatemeh Lotfi for most of my visits and she is absolutely wonderful! She exhibits excellent communication skills and wonderful beside manners. She explains in detail what treatment is needed and or recommended.I highly recommend Dr. Lotfi. She definitely has my 5 stars!⭐️

Took my grandmother here for her appointment and initially was told she would have 2 teeth pulled. After going to the back Dr. Fatema Lotfi discussed with my grandma to pull out 3 additional bringing the total to 5. The issue we had is that after taking 5 teeth she did not prescribe any pain medication to her and THOUGHT over the counter tylenol would suffice for the pain. After calling the dental office when my grandma expressed how much pain she was in the receptionist spoke with Dr. Lotfi and whom stated over the counter medicine would be enough and “she would not” be prescribing any medication. Hearing how she was dismissing my grandmother’s pain I asked to speak to her directly. When speaking to the doctor she reiterated that over the counter medicine was sufficient even after telling her my grandma had taken the tylenol and the pain was not subsiding. During that phone conversation I asked is it standard practice to remove 2 teeth and not prescribe someone pain medication because I have never experienced this and she stated “I didn’t remove 2 teeth I removed 5”. Which made this worst that she didn’t give her any medication knowing she would be in pain. After going back and forth she stated “I’m not prescribing any oxycodone” even though we never asked for a narcotic just needed something so she wouldn’t be in pain. To insinuate that’s what an eighty year old is after is unbelievable. That statement truly solidified how race was a factor and how the mistreatment of minorities need to stop! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR.LOTFI and her mistreatment and unethical practices! Reported her as well so that others do not face the same mistreatment and discrimination as my grandmother did.

Visité por primera vez new smiles para realizar una corona dental. Desde que llegué el equipo fue muy amable. Suelo tener muchos nervios al visitar un dentista y más, aún, si el procedimiento requiere uso de anestesia. Sin embargo, fueron muy pacientes y estuvieron pendientes del procedimiento, el Dr B, Becky y Matthew hicieron un trabajo espléndido. Todos se aseguraron de explicarme cada paso y estuvieron pendientes que no tuviera ninguna molestia. Posterior a ello, solicité una la limpieza dental completa, la realizó Arezo con muchísimo cuidado ¡no puedo recomendarla lo suficiente! Realmente tienen un equipo muy amable y con muy buena energía.

I’m a new patient or was. Has a appt on the 2/21/2023 got there they couldn’t find any appt. But happy I had my appt card. Came for a cleaning instead got two hours of X-rays. So had to reschedule for cleaning. Went through a lot of craziness with that. I work till 2 and can’t come in till after. I was scheduled 230 for Friday then got texted and emails it was then at 2 pm then 215pm then email 245 pm then called and was told they don’t do appts after two because they close at 3. But their hours say 5 pm. So wasted a whole 2 hours and X-rays too now I have to find another dentist. So if you can’t get in before 2 find another dentist. I’m sure they are good dentist but I really don’t know now.

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing office. Dr B. is the absolute best ever!! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. The hygienist are amazing as are all the others. After 42 years of working as a dental hygienist, I have found my provider! Fantastic doctor!!!!

I am a new patient, had a same day add on for an emergency tooth extraction. I was there from check in to check out for 1 hour only. The service was absolutely incredible. From the front office, to the dental assistants, and the dentist! I wish I remembered her name. So quick and efficient. I didn’t not experience any pain. I will be coming back and bringing my family here also. Highly recommend! Thank you to all the wonderful staff members. You can tell they enjoy their job despite how busy they are, they are great!

Dr. B has angel hands. The Stafford team is caring and attentive, putting patients first. From Wendy, the manager, to Arezo, my incredible hygienist, to the reception staff - all sweet and cheerful every visit. I have had major anxiety every time I have gone to the dentist in the past since childhood, carrying a stress ball that I squeeze to smithereens. Not at New Smiles... I dozed off during my recent implant surgery with Dr. B! 🥰 I was so calm and felt safe in his hands. He is amazing and masterful! I highly recommend New Smiles Dental!

This place is terrible..no good no good

Doctor B. and his staff are awesome! I love how they treat every patient giving them personalized care and attention. From the front door to the chair everyone makes you feel welcome. I recieved two root canals and didn't even feel a thing not even the needle that administered the drug. Everything went smooth with the crown delivery. The color match of the crowns are perfect and my bite is very comfortable. It is clear that Dr B has alot of experience, but also cares that his patients recieve the best experience. The best dentist around!

Doctor B is excellent! Evelyn cleaned my teeth very very very well. I loved her work. They are professional.

I've been seeing Dr. Nabi since April and she is just the best! She is super nice and always makes me feel as comfortable as possible despite my bad anxiety. I'm so glad I found her. Kindness and compassion go a long way, and you get that from Dr. Nabi. She's also really gentle when she does her work, doesn't use more force than necessary, and she can make a painful procedure not bad at all. You can tell she really loves what she does and cares about her patients. I strongly recommend Dr. Nabi, especially to someone with anxiety, because she took most of my apprehension away.

Hey these ladies are the best. They are thorough. They CLEAN your teeth.

After years of health battles, my once beautiful smile was negatively impacted. My tarnished smile was a constant reminder of all that I had been through and a deep source of insecurity and shame. Sebastian spent several long and grueling sessions restoring my teeth. I literally cannot stop smiling. Sebastian is as caring as he is gifted, and makes each patient feel as though he or she is the highest priority. Thank you to the staff as well for working with me to schedule appointments that fit into my unpredictable life in between so many hospital visits. I would recommend this practice to anyone and consider them an extension of my family.

Im just super upset I didn’t find you guys ALOT sooner. Ive never had a cleaning like the one that i was given here yesterday. WOW My teeth have never felt cleaner! Everyone here is amazing and super caring. Absolutely love it!!
