I came to them because my dentist was on vacation and I was having a dental emergency. They saw rather quickly and started me on the antibiotics I needed til my dentist returned. A rather pleasant office and staff.

Worst experience in my life literally, I’m serious this is #1. At 16 I chipped my tooth, it was fine for over 10 years. The dentist talked me into have a filling even though it showed no signs of decay but should be done as a precaution. The filling ended up 6 months later with decay under it from failure to remove all moisture before applying the filling. My tooth was then drilled deeper to remove this new decay. My tooth instantly became much more sensitive. After several failed attempts I was told a crown must be installed over the entire tooth. After already paying hundreds of dollars now I was required to pay over a thousand even with the 50% discount as she knew this was her fault. After several attempts and grinding several times on the top tooth to which it too has become more sensitive I lost all confidence. The tooth was still extremely sensitive and I was not even able to chew on that side of my mouth for over 2 years. To the point it was noticeable that once side of my jaw had more muscle then the other. Finally she said I needed a root canal. Which I would get no discount. I ended up going to Ukriane a few years ago and for $500 they fixed the tooth and top tooth, No root canal needed, remade my crown, told me with would be sensitive for about 6 weeks and then normal again. In less then 6 weeks I was able to eat on this side of my mouth again. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.

Every person who works here are absolutely amazing! Several times that I’ve needed a last minute appointment and they always get me in. Dr. Waterman and her staff are the best!

The entire staff is friendly and professional. My two children and I have been going to Waterman Family Dentistry for several years now. We are completely satisfied with the approachability of the staff as well as the excellent level of care we receive at each and every visit. We are always welcomed to the office with a friendly greeting and we have never had to wait beyond our appointment times to be seen. Nicki, our hygienist, remembers details of our past conversations and seems genuinely interested in us as people, as well as patients. She’s warm and friendly while doing an excellent job helping us maintain our oral health. Everyone on the staff seems to enjoy working there which is evidenced by the relaxed yet professional atmosphere and friendly vibe.
