From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed! The staff at the front desk are so sweet and very organized! My son just had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kim and it was a great experience all around. They made sure my son had all of his questions answered and that he comfortable. So grateful we found them!

Did a great job working me into the schedule with little notice and was very straight forward with a care plan. But not in a pushy way, but a professional way.

I was referred to Sound Dental to have extractions and was nervous but became comfortable very quickly because they were very thorough in explaining the process and continually asked if I had any questions. It was a nice surprise because I was getting ready to schedule a dental cleaning when the receptionist realized they were able to do my cleaning immediately instead of having me come back. I am very happy I was referred to this particular dentist office. They are thorough, very pleasant and informative.

Horrible! Worst experience ever! Went in with serious tooth pain in a couple of teeth. The doctor was more concerned in my personal beliefs than he was in treating me. He said “people who believe in holistic medicine are kidding themselves! It’s a bunch of nonsense!” The dental hygienist laughed and actually made fun of previous patients who cried once she saw that I was getting emotional. I left the office in tears due to my treatment. One of the teeth in question actually broke off in my mouth just a few months later! Thank God I finally found a GREAT dentist at Lake stevens All Smiles! My teeth are actually being taken care of. I still have to file a complaint with the medical board! People like this should not be allowed to practice medicine of any kind!
