They messed up my appointment time on multiple occasions. Very frustrating when you block out time for a cleaning and never get to be seen. Receptionist was like talking to an automated recording. No care in the world. Then when I went to reschedule I told them my time that I would like tk reschedule and they wrote down the wrong time on my appointment reminder card. It's even more frustrating because they need to do two appointments before they can actually clean my teeth. No respect for my time. They can't cluster care and get you seen all at once.

I am disappointed with Aspen dental. I had 2 sets of dentures made by Aspen dental and they still didn't fit so I threw the dentures out I will never go back to Aspen dental again

This place is a joke. Haven't had my dentures for a year and the bottom has broke 3 times, top once. The third time they charged me $177, to fix their shoddy work. I was back 1 week later with another break. I told them I wasn't paying. They fixed it, then some dentist, whome I have never seen, proceeds to tell me I have the cheapest denture, and there's no warranty and they won't be fixing them again! He said teeth should only touch together when eating. Well all 4 times my teeth broke I was eating. 😂 STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL. RUDE CROOKS!!

Outstanding care and attention by all staff at Aspen Dental in College Place. Cynthia A, RDH, is the most professional and thoughtful dental hygienist I have ever had the good fortune to meet and benefit from her expertise.

Do NOT come here for any type of implants or cleaning of implants.. they have no clue. Went in for a cleaning, they were 45 minutes behind, spent 5 minutes cleaning my upper implant and charged me out of pocket $143.00 I woke up the next day with a swollen gum. They wouldn't see me until the following Tuesday and tried to send me away without an antibiotic. They also referred me to a specialist to take care of their problem. Still haven't paid the bill.. BBB IS MY NEXT STEP. Will never go back to this dentist office.

Went in with a broken molar that was causing me pain and my regular dentist couldnt see me til next week. Called the National line got an apointment at the College Place Aspen Dental Easy that day. Had my mouth X-rayed they came up with a treatment and payment plan for it and then had the procedure done that day. Staff was Nice and asked me if i understood what they told me and were very professional.

Every time I have visited, everyone is very courteous, professional and pleasant. The staff seemed to be very concerned regarding my health and welfare. I cannot remember names, yet I really appreciate all the staff in College Place, WA.

Their billing system is severely flawed. They will confirm the day of procedure that you owe a small portion, then a year later bill you for hundreds of an ‘unpaid balance’. Terrible front office communication.

I have been very well treated from all of the staff and the dentists at the Walla Walla, Washington branch. Very professional and caring.

The literal worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The assistants were amazing!! But the dentist was a horrid old man and traumatized me completely!!! Save yourself actual misery and find a different office!!!! I have filed a complaint with the Washington board of dentistry! This was the college place, WA

I realize that all Aspen Dental is after the money!. I got my printed paper that said the with my Insurance I would owe nothing. They never checked with my insurance company to see what was covered. I was a new patient only because my former dentist stopped taking United Health. They did a deep cleaning procedure that I had done 1.5 yrs before. I received a bill for $600 and I contacted the office and all they said is that they could make a payment plan for me. I called my insurance company and they told me that they were never contacted for any approvals, in which the procedure that they did at Aspen was only allowed every 2 years. I went to them and the front lady told me she would talk to the office manager and really nothing was ever done. I'm now in collections for $600 and I don't even get that a month for disability. I would never recommend to any of my other senior citizens to go to any Aspen office. I'm glad I have another dentil group now. I want everyone to know how they really don't care about you just how many people they can get in the door to make their $$$$$ quotas!
