I went to this office based off of a recommendation from my sister. She had a great experience and I was looking for a new provider. I had high expectations based on her previous experience. However it was clear quickly that this was not going to be the case. I’m assuming owners or management has changed. The desk people are fine. Not much to say about them. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. When it was finally my turn a nice lady took me to my chair. I was asked several times why I hadn’t been to a dentist in so long (because life) and honestly felt like a spectacle. When the dentist saw me I expressed my concerns about clenching and nighttime grinding. Something I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember. They told me they wouldn’t do anything for me until I had a sleep study for sleep apnea. I found this interesting and almost inappropriate. At this point I just wanted to leave so I took the info quietly and didn’t ask questions. They quoted me over $3k for a root canal which seems awfully high. However I’m not all that familiar with dental pricing. The whole experience was less than desirable and I would not recommend this office.

Try to charge $$ when there isn't any needed. Claimed I needed a root canal and a crown; went and got a 2nd opinion and the other place did 2 filings no problem. Waited 2 months for cleaning appt just for them to cancel it a day before. Wouldn't do just cleaning, want to charge to xray and exam. This place is a rip off. And has gone downhill in the last year. Would give zero stars if I could. Tried to explain to DIANE and she just talks over me and interrupts. Horrible customer service. DONE

This would have been a 5 star but my first interaction and impression was not good. There are 2 gals at the front desk, one-sweet as pie, professional and welcoming. The other(I gave the name to the doctor but we will call her “S”)-condescending, very rude, and quite frankly if she worked for me, well she wouldn’t anymore. The only reason I didn’t walk out and park a 1 star review here, was location. I’m glad I made the appointment. The rest of the staff are wonderful. So kind, easy to talk to, welcoming, and there are service dogs for the clinic. So many positives. It’s unfortunate that it was almost a missed positive interaction because of front desk attitude.
