Naturally I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist. I highly recommend Shiflett family dentistry. The office is very nice spacious and clean. The staff was really enjoyable to conversate with and Dr shifflett was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job on my teeth! Definitely the type of place that makes you feel like home. This is one of the best dentist I have seen since I was a child! Jordan and Tiffany are both great Hygienist! They explain to you what they are doing in terms you understand,. And care about your comfort! Dr Shiflett is straight and to the point but has made me feel very comfortable with what he is going to do! Almost fell asleep in the chair today! I am thankful they were recommended by friends and family! I would definitely recommend!

Needed emergency care. And the ad they have online says they accept my insurance. Well I was very rudely told that they didn’t and hung up on. So they get zero stars for for false advertisement and rude employee s . May I suggest you fix your ad and find an employee who can respecting

These dentists and every office in hoquiam Aberdeen office has basically told me to go somewhere else I need a tooth pulled and none of these people are gonna do it all grays harbor and not one dentist fro. Hoquiam to Monsanto can pull a tooth for state insurance. These p oope are supposed to be helping the community not just ignoring all of the people that don't have a hundred bucks To just throw a round it hurts and I barely got gas to get to work

The last few years with them, my daughter had 3 of her fillings break. They repaired 2 of them, but once her insurance wasn't paying them enough (their words), they told her to pay out of pocket for either a root canal or get the tooth removed, and that it couldn't be fixed with a simple filling. My daughter was then recommend by them to go to a different dentist that accepted the insurance, and the other dentist tells her the filling was only fractured and that not only is the tooth still good, but it could be repaired with a new filling. I'm upset at them not only for lying, but also that my daughter has to find someone else to fix her teeth as a result of their incompetence and greed. I wouldn't recommend going to them.

Hygienist was Super! Dentist was ok, but not too friendly.

Very gentle AND PAINLESS novacaine shots, extremely fast and efficient, clean, and a great dentist. Highly recommend!

Went in for what was suppose to be a reevaluation of a tooth that I had been told needed a root canal by them last year. I had originally contacted them asking if I needed to get a referral again but the receptionist emailed me back saying, & I quote, “We can schedule you an appointment to have that re-evaluated. Andrea” I went in & the dentist was condescending & made me feel like a huge bother for coming in to have them look at the same tooth again, even though HIS staff were the ones who told me to come in. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Upon leaving, I called an office in Olympia to make an appointment & told them about the experience I just had. & They even agreed that it was unprofessional. I would have not been upset if HE apologized for HIS staff’s mistake. Would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re prone to getting anxiety at the dentist’s office. I included screenshots of my original inquiry as well as their office’s reply.

Very disappointed that they would not allow me back as a patient, especially when I was completely and totally unaware I had an outstanding balance. I was never contacted by phone, text, or email that I had an unpaid balance, and all bills were sent to a previous address. I now have to start over in search of a new dental provider. Very disappointed in the customer service as well. Would recommend another provider that would be willing to listen to the patient on circumstances.

Love this guy and his team. Very competent and talented! Gives you options and always does the best for his patients.

I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist and team. I have had my share of dentist visits in my day, in three different states. Never have I come across a team that is so in sync with one another. They work so quickly and leave perfect work in their path. Also Dr. Shiflett is a master at administering the numbing shot without causing any pain! So grateful for this office and the wonderful work they did. Highly recommend this office!!!

This is such a great dentist. He does his own work and does it quickly. I was totally comfortable the entire time of my appointment. I highly recommend Dr Shiftlett to anyone wanting a painless dentist.

This is the best Dentist office I've ever been to and I'm old so I've been to a few. The staff are all courteous, friendly and make you feel welcome to be there. Dr.Shiflett has a knack for giving shots if you need one, you barley feel it. You should try them out. You won't be disappointed.

VA dentistry draged feet for a year, Shiflett willingly placed an implant screw in 30 minites, later the VA could not match the post necessary, went back to Shiftlett and he gave me the post at cost for the VA to screw in for the crown. Ended up with a perfect implant, with only the minimal cost from Shiftlett. This cifilian dentist really a great attitude and does quality work for an old Marine.
