Dr. Yelena saved my teeth two years ago in a very tough situation when other doctors could not or wanted to help. She is a real PROFESSIONAL! Dr.Yelena always shares her opinion about the teeth condition and discusses available options and treatment plan openly. It is very important for me. Dr.Yelena is our family dentist now. It is essential to add that my two kids never had preventive sedative gas or other preventive sedatives during their treatments in Birch Dentistry (as it was recommended in other places). In spite of this, my kiddos are always happy to visit Birch Dentistry. Best recommendations to Dr.Yelena and her Team!

Nice and friendly dental clinic that was able to see for emergency

I cannot thank Yelena enough for saving me and putting me out of my misery during such a difficult time. My current dental office was closed even for emergencies due to COVID-19. My old crown became loose and was cutting my gum, hurting so badly. I could not take it off myself. I felt hopeless and did not know what to do and where to go. Fortunately, my friend recommended Birch Dentistry, and lucky for me they were able to see me the next day. Yelena was just wonderful. She was very empathetic and thorough in her explanation of everything to me. She did my treatment in just one day, and she made it happen very seamlessly and without any pain whatsoever. Yelena was truly kind, understanding, and comforting. She also explained everything about insurance benefits and estimate cost. I was sent home with a great plan of treatment. The same day after the treatment I felt so much better. I will go back to her again for my future dentistry.

Very quick response. Was able to get my mom quickly for an emergency procedure during quarantine. Dr. Yelena is very intelligent and insightful, she considers problems thoroughly to come up with the proper care. Dr. Yelena also offers alternative solutions and naturopathic methods when appropriate.
