Bad communication with clients

I had severe pain in a broken tooth and I am so glad that I found kenmore dentistry though my google searching. I called this morning at 9:30AM and due to a cancellation was able to get in at 12:30PM. I had a horrible experience a few years back when having a tooth pulled, and due to that dentist I get severe anxiety. Everyone from the front desk ladies to the dentist I saw were so friendly and kind. I was told what was being done before they did it, and chose to have laughing gas to calm my nerves. I felt like I was practically asleep when he pulled my abscess infected tooth out. I will never go anywhere else or see any other dentist but the dentists at kenmore clinic! It was a miracle that I got in to have this taken care of as I couldn’t eat or sleep due to the pain. THANK YOU SO MUCH KENMORE DENTISTRY!!!!! You have changed my outlook on dentists and for that I am eternally grateful!!!!!

I went in for my first visit this morning and had a wonderful experience. My dentist had recently retired and between Covid and bouncing around a few different places since moving, I was a little nervous. The office was very Covid cautious and the staff at the front desk took temperatures, oxygen sats, and even had you identify a scratch and sniff sticker. My hygienist was Trina and she took the time to give me a consultation before getting started and made me feel so comfortable. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and pleasant. After x-rays and a very thorough cleaning, Dr. Santorsola came by to do a final check. He was friendly and compared x-rays from a couple years ago to ensure everything was stable. I had a great experience and already booked my next cleaning for June. Thank you!
