While a lot of people have dental anxiety, mine is through the roof. It's ridiculous and exhausting. Just getting a cleaning is enough to keep me from sleeping for several days before an appointment. Unfortunately, I used the past few years of Covid as an easy way to avoid going to the dentist under the guise of 'safety.' My tooth broke last week, and my Mom highly recommended Mid-Columbia Dental not only for Dr. Greer, but everyone in the office- the front office/office manager is absolutely lovely and the hygienists are so patient and kind. Dr. Greer actually sat down and talked to me before the appointment- face to face, before we even started any of the dental work, which I've never had before. While I still have a severe fear of going to the dentist and will be requesting laughing gas for the foreseeable future, I hope this marks the start of taking better care of my dental health. Thank you.

I've never completely trusted anyone at the dentist due to some unpleasant past experiences and feeling like I was just a patient number to deal with and move to the next. This place is changing my mind....and that is HUGE! Nicole, my hygienist , was the kindest , most personable person and let me say what would make me comfortable and I felt genuinely cared for. Everyone else showed the same kindness. Still a big wuss about procedures but they seem to want to help and that's a start.

Nicole was incredible. She was efficient, friendly and very personable. I was greeted and treated like I mattered during the entire appointment. Nicole took time to get to know me and also share a bit about herself too. I appreciate the time she took to make me feel important to her. She also listened to my concerns and ensured the doctor knew ahead of time the issues I wanted to discuss. Dr. Greer listened to my concerns and had a great solution that was both affordable and still solved my issue. They even have soft toilet paper!!!! Weird I noticed, but that's not usual in a medical office! I highly recommend this office for any dental needs, I didn't feel like I was just dollars to them and the solutions offered were far better than my previous experiences with dental offices.

Phenomenal staff and Doctors. Hands down the best Dental practice for adults. We had a dental emergency on Saturday. After trying many offices and numerous messages left. Dr. Orozco called me immediately. He asked a few questions as was able to provide medical advice plus prescribe meds. The Dr then went on to give his cell phone number to be reached for any further questions. I appreciated their genuine thoughtfulness to my situation and prompt responses..Monday, here we are at the office. The staff is exceptional, thorough, professional and genuine in their efforts to make u feel comfortable, get u the best care and best price they possibly can.. highly recommend this place for adults. 1/26/23 Nichole was an amazing tech.
