I absolutely love this dentist and I actually get excited for my appointments! Very clean place and the staff here are all so friendly and sweet. Holly is amazing to talk to and even called to see how I was feeling after having a root canal done. I was in so much tooth pain and they fixed me right up and I haven't had any pain since. Hoffman is a magic man and does great work! I highly recommend this place.

Went in for a normal check-up and cleaning and everyone was incredibly friendly. No products were pushed on me (my last dentist was an aggressive Invisalign partner and he had me using prescription toothpaste), thankfully, and I felt comfortable with the team.

Personal, professional with amazing expertise. This is my dentist going forward, as I had no idea that there were providers who displayed the care, compassion and understanding as it relates to patient care. They do.

I highly recommend Dr Hoffman and his staff for any dental needs. I have been a client for 2 years. I had an issue with a filling that was performed by another dentist. This tooth was causing much pain. I saw 2 different dentist with no relief. Dr Hoffman was recommended to me and he was the only dentist able to fix the problem. Today, Dr Hoffman fixed my front tooth; it was a little shorter then the other. Dr Hoffman is an artist! My tooth looks amazing! It’s unbelievable how much it resembles my other tooth in color and size. I get my teeth cleaned at Hoffman Dentistry by Hilary. Hilary is amazing; I couldn’t say enough about Hilary. The entire staff is amazing! Thank u Dr Hoffman and Tiffany for today’s appointment!

Dr. Hoffman has taken care of me and my family for almost 20 years. He and his staff are the most professional and comprehensive dental care that we have ever experienced. My wife is from Eastern Europe and had many challenges related to her dental care. Also, she had high anxiety about going to the dentist. I never in my life did negative reviews , but this doctor was the WORST medical experience I’ve ever had . Working on medical field I met many doctors , some been very good and some not much . Dr. Hoffman is very unprofessional and rude. The way he was treating me was full of discrimination . It’s long story to tell all the details , but it was huge stress to me when they schedule me for first appointment and require to remove completely my braces , which I did ,and when I came to him from my ortho next door , he just said that he can’t do it and can’t see me with no explanation in very rude manner. He left me with huge holes in me teeth which was documented and processed for the future actions . Would never recommend this place !!

My dental care was never a top priority when growing up and then, during a visit to the Army dentist in 1990, I was treated so poorly and painfully that I never went back to a dentist unless forced to. Then I met Dr. Karl Hoffman around 1996. My dental health had deteriorated to the point that I was on the verge (if not THERE) of being diagnosed with Periodontal disease. Dr. Hoffman was straight-forward and told me the truth. He also told me that he and his staff would work alongside me in fighting this. He outlined the treatment path I needed to take and carefully explained everything I needed to do at home. And so began our journey. This journey proved to be difficult , and with some struggles (multiple filings, crowns, and cleanings), but through it all he and his staff were helpful, supportive, and, above all, gentle. With his care and guidance, I now have excellent dental health and can smile without worry. Now every six months during my cleaning there is almost nothing that needs to be done. The best part was that throughout the numerous visits I was treated with gentle and delicate hands. Every time Dr. Hoffman, or any of his awesome staff, worked on me they were fantastic. They were not only concerned about my dental health but also wanted me to be as comfortable and as pain free as possible. Now enjoy going to the dentist. Dr. Hoffman, and his staff, will remain my dentist for the rest of my life...even if I have to fly here to be treated. Karl, Thanks for everything!!

Three years ago we moved from the big city up north where we had an excellent dentist who was closely associated with the UW and used the latest materials and methodologies. We were concerned when moving here but Dr. Hoffman was recommended by a neighbor and we have found him to be perfect. He is clearly very savvy, thoughtful, and skillful. The whole place is staffed with wonderful people who make it feel right. We highly recommend Dr. Hoffman for great dental care.

*Sensitive Teeth Folks!* I just had my first visit with Dr. Hoffman and it was genuinely the best trip to the dentist I’ve ever had! My teeth suck, they’re incredibly sensitive, prone to cavities (and yes I take good care of them) and I have high anxiety at the dentist. I was in an accident as a teen and got a blow to my mouth so I’m talking SUPER sensitive mouth in general. Doc was caring of all of these things and actually encouraged my use of headphones with music to drown out the drill, which dentists in the past have gotten annoyed by. Even though we had to fill 2 cavities, it was painless and comfortable! His office also works really well with Dr. Ehrmantrout (best orthodontist ever btw) if you happen to have braces as well. I highly recommend him especially for sensitive teeth, he knows what he’s doing and has clearly perfected his craft! I’ll be seeing him again tomorrow for some more fillings 😊 I have to add that I have absolutely no idea what “Mighty” is talking about. Doc was very professional, straight forward and didn’t try to tell me my basic cavity needed a root canal. I’m 100% positive if he told someone they needed a root canal... they needed a root canal. Actually the least amount of money I’ve ever spent on fillings. Felt compelled to throw that in there!

I had cosmetic dental work done by Dr. Hoffman and am very pleased with the outcome. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. They tend to your every concern. Highly recommended!

So happy to be working with Dr. Hoffman! I am getting braces from Dr. E and have 3 front teeth missing from an accident many years ago making my situation a bit complicated. Dr. Hoffman was able to take the partial I had been wearing and cut it down enough so that it could be permanently placed with the braces instead of having to take it out like I was. His work looks fantastic and it has given me an unexpected confidence boost! I have had my teeth cleaned and had a large filling done (Dr was able to save me from a root canal yay!) there and couldn't be happier. I am paying out of pocket for everything and I feel like Dr. Hoffman has done everything to keep costs down. Everyone in the office is very friendly, I highly recommend them!!

Our family started seeing Dr. O'Leary and her staff back in 2007 (2007-2014). We have been away from the area for a few years and it is only Hawks Prairie Dentistry who we wanted when we returned. She and her staff are incredible. Wonderful patient rapport and customer service is top notch! Warm, open, and comfortable environment for children and adults. I have been very satisfied with this dentist and I am very glad to be back to have my needs taken care of by Dr. O'Leary. She truly is the best dentist I've ever had. Highly recommended by this military wife!
