Listen to me when I tell you! GOOOO TO THIS PLACE! I needed an appointment asap, they got me in 5 hours later. I didn’t meet a single unfriendly person. I was there for a while, met so many workers and enjoyed every moment. They make you feel so comfortable and have “dental” adjustments if you need them. I am not from this state, But I would like to take this whole establishment home with me. I need others to experience this. So if you need a dentist please, PLEASE start here. U won’t go anywhere else.

Everyone that I met today at Comfort Dental we're very helpful. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and they made it a very tolerable experience. If I could leave zero stars I would. When I went to get my braces off after completing treatment to my knowledge, I had paid for my treatment in full. The day I went to get them off however a woman on the front desk staff (with a nasty attitude) informed me that I had two missed appointment fees that I needed to pay THAT DAY in order to get my braces off. I told her that was odd because every time I went in for an adjustment prior to that day, no one had ever informed me of any missed appointment fees and you can't even be seen for an adjustment if you have a late fee without paying it first (per their policy). With her nasty attitude she told me that it was in my "email." I said, OK fine, I placed my card on the desk for payment, and she told me to "pick it up and hand it to her." at this point her voice had escalated and she was causing a scene. I was very upset by then and I told her I just wanted to get my braces off and never wanted to come here again. I was so excited that day, and she completely ruined my experience. Very unprofessional of her, I work in customer service, and they should've waived the fees for not informing me of this first as it was a mistake on their part. Fast forward and I have lost my retainer, I made an appointment to see if I need to get braces on again and they told me I can't get braces there, but they WILL make me another retainer and take my $200. How does that make any sense? Horrible customer service, and bad treatment to patients! Take accountability for your horrible front desk etiquette.

This place is a blessing the staff is amazing friendly and respectful. I have had so many bad experience before I came here. This place is truly the best place I have went they did a thorough cleaning they even checked my mouth for cancer which I've never had done at any other place. They offer great dental plans and this is the most professional place I've been . Patrick was amazing and he was thorough he cleaned my teeth with perfection and he even talked me through every bit he informed me an educated me on things that I didn't know and he was very professional . #1 place
