The clinic and office feels like a cozy home. The front desk is friendly, organized, and efficient. Dr. Vulpoi is gentle, kind, and takes my anxiety away because she is so careful. She describes what is going on through stories and metaphor. The hygienist is easy to chat to which helps keep my mind off of procedures. I’ve been going here for a little over 10 years. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Stacy and Dr. Lam are awesome. Very personable, accommodating, and down to earth. Staff is super friendly as well. Easy access parking is always a plus. I plan on moving out of lynnwood sometime soon, but even that will not be enough of a reason to go elsewhere. If I could give them 6-stars I would. I had a lot of dental work that needed done. Cavities, Deep Cleanings, Crown, etc. They were able to take care of everything, painlessly, and really did a good job to make sure I was comfortable. I had to see them several times over a months long period to get all my work done, and they were able to schedule everything to work around my job, and taking care of my daughter. They explain all the charges and break it down for you. Nothing was hidden or unexplained. I even had some questions about deep cleanings and what is the exact purpose. The dental team was able to thoroughly educate me on different parts of the root canal process. They tailor a specific treatment plan to the patient, and prioritize certain items over others. Everyone was personable, nice, and friendly. They are awesome!
