I had my second appointment here today. This is the best dentistry experience I've had, without exception. The ladies that run this place are wonderful - very professional, knowledgeable, and there's no sense at all that they're running a hard sales pitch. On the contrary, the conversation and the prices were so straight-forward that I felt completely comfortable buying into a treatment plan on the first visit. You'll get honest conversation, very sharp staff, and legitimately friendly healthcare. I'd highly recommend them.

We thought my mom's appointment was at this location this morning. My mother is in a wheelchair. She took a Cabulence with her caregiver, and was dropped of. Since my mother was at wrong location, they made her and her caregiver wait outside! It was about 32 degrees at 9 am! No compassion!

I purchased ‘Comprehensive orthodontic treatment’ using Invisalign here, and PAID IN FULL. Nearing what was supposed to be the end of my treatment, things weren’t aligning correctly and I was told it would be just under $2,000 more to complete the treatment. Numerous other red flags were thrown through out my time with this office, they should have been clues. I had assumed they would honor what I had purchased and have in writing. Now that I’ve requested specific records for the Invisalign corporation themselves to review, multiple respectful attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. They are very good at putting the blame on the patient and not taking responsibility for their own poor business practices. - now that I’ve left my review, will you be sending that Starbucks card to me? Or are you only offering those out to positive, incentivized reviews? Sincerely, -Out $4,000 + whatever it’s going to cost me to fix and finish what you started.
