Great front desk people, very friendly and respectful lady at the front desk. This is the first dentist I’ve been to in my adult life so not sure how good the actual dentists are. I will go try another dentist in a few months and compare!

Hands down, Dr. Kelley is my best dentist to date. Professional, timely, gentle, thoughtful, attentive & skillful - what else to ask? Replaced several fillings & installed a couple of crowns. Insurance-handling was absolutely flawless.

Dr. Kelley and his staff are all amazing. I’ve had work done and Dr. Kelley is effective but also gentle. He has given me great referrals for other work I’ve needed done too. My family also loves him. My grandmother was hesitant to find a new dentist after her last one retired. But I’ve been taking her to see Dr. Kelley for years now and she really trusts him. I brought my husband to Dr. Kelley, too. I can’t wait for my 1 year old’s first appointment too! Elroy is my hygienist and I never need to see another one again. He is very efficient and engaging. Rene, Kim, and the staff are all helpful and so attentive to our family.

Haven’t seen a dentist in over 6 years! Yikes! The team here organized a dental plan for me and completed it in phases. Many crowns, broken teeth, and fillings all handled with care and professionalism. Even referring me out to other doctors for root canal’s. Even without dental insurance, Dr. Kelly was very fair and worked with me on some expenses. Time is very valuable to me, this office offers same-day crowns which is very convenient. Before this dental work I was embarrassed to smile, exposing my broken teeth. Now that everything is completed I’m smiling ear to ear! Thank you Dr. Kelly and staff! I’ll be seeing you 2x a year now for cleanings and check ups.

WORST experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I am new to Washington and looking for a dentist who I can trust and does a good job. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! Not only did Dr. Kelley lack any sort of kind, professional bedside manner, but also any compassion and gentleness. This doctor LIED to me about the amount of cavities I had in addition to the work I needed to have done in my mouth. He told me it looked like it no had been years since I had been to a dentist (COVID anyone?). After I was *literally in tears* (I had had anxiety during dental visits, but never cried!!) and overwhelmed with the amount of bad news delivered to me in an off-handed demeanor, they shoved a quote in front of my face with hundreds of dollars in services (even after insurance). I told his office I needed to go home and process all of this information and I was too upset that day to proceed with any sort of cleaning. I was contacted by his office with the quote and we discussed anxiety medication for me that would help me be more comfortable during my next visit and so I could handle the pain associated a deep cleaning. Dr. Kelley refused to prescribe me Valium and instead quoted me an additional $1,500 to IV sedate me for the procedure. I had a bad feeling and all sorts of red flags from this experience so I decided to get a second opinion. I went to Everett Modern Dentistry (they are AMAZING) and after an initial consultation, they let me know I did indeed need a deep cleaning, however I didn’t have ANY cavities (let alone 5 like lying *{^]%#%^ Dr Kelley said I had). Everett Modern Dentistry also understood my anxiety and fear with having an intense and PAINFUL dental procedure done and had no problem prescribing me medication to make me more comfortable. It is clear to me not only is Dr. Kelley as friendly as a Brillo pad, but he has no problem exaggerating the amount of work you need done to pad his pockets in addition to charging astronomical rates for every day medication for

Dr. Kelly is the man. He’s team is incredible and very professional. My wife and I have been seeing him for over four years now. We are moving to Spokane soon and hope we can find someone as great as Dr. Kelly. Big Michigan football fan also. Great to chat with him about sports. I have enjoyed my time with Dr. Kelly. Highly recommended.

It's very rare to find a dentist as kind and honest as Dr. Kelley. I have been a patient for over 15 years and even though I moved 30 minutes north of his office, there's no way I would go somewhere else. I used to fear dentists but with Dr. Kelley I feel at ease. He's very welcoming and always asks about my family. His practice has really grown over the years but I rarely have a problem getting an appointment even if it's an emergency. Thank you to Dr. Kelley and his entire staff for making my dental experience so comfortable. 😉

I have been telling everyone I know to try this dentist since my first visit. I first came in after several years without dental insurance (and thus no cleanings) and they were very matter-of-fact about it. I got my x-rays, they explained some of the things they would keep an eye on, and they did not try to upsell me on anything. I know some dentists can be judgmental to try to shame patients into better behavior, but there was none of that here. If you are putting off going to the dentist because it's been too long and you're worried or embarrassed, definitely try these folks. My single favorite aspect of this office, though, is that they obviously read my intake paperwork/chart before I come in. I feel many providers rush visits and only discuss what you bring up, but on each visit, they've referenced something from my chart. To me, that indicates they're wanting to make sure they are thorough and that they don't miss anything, and I really appreciate that. Last time I hadn't said anything about an old jaw issue, so the dentist asked me about it to make sure it was actually improved and that I hadn't just forgotten to bring it up. The staff are also very pleasant and efficient, and check-in is very straightforward. I highly recommend this office.

I really like going the dentist and the staff. You can tell the staff really cares about you and I don't feel like I'm getting sold unnecessary stuff. They are great.

I've been going to Kelley Family Dentistry for going on ten years. Dr. Kelley has that gentle touch that a good dentist needs to have. He's done every kind of treatment with me from filings, to crowns, to implants. Very satisfied with all his work. His staff is also very good. I'm particularly impressed with Lindsey the hygienist. She's very thorough. She's definitely the best hygienist I have had in my 50 plus years of having my teeth cleaned. Kudos to her. And to Rene in the front desk for being so helpful with appointments.
