Always perfect! Dr. Bishai goes out of the way to make you are a priority no matter how many patients she has. She doesn't find the most expensive treatment. She finds the best, your dental and mental health are important to her, all while trying to work within your budget. I had another dentist quote me $18k. Dr. Bishai was able to do the same job for $4200. The exact same job! The office staff and everyone else is awesome. Rhonda always has the answers. I highly recommend one of their new hygienist "Mallory". She is sweet, listened to all my fears and worked and did not allow anyone to interfere with what I told her I needed. I was slapped by a dentist when I was 7. Then two years ago one of Dr. Bishai's hygienist gave me a numbing shot. She did it wrong. It hurt and brought me fully out of my relaxation and gas induced comb (for lack of better words) it's what it take for me to get my teeth worked on - even just a cleaning. She is no longer there. A combination of things. Vaguely today, I barely heard Mallory fighting for me. She was going to make sure I stayed relaxed, it didn't even matter that is was Dr. Bishai, Mallory wanted me to stay in my relax state until she finished my cleaning. I vaguely heard her tell Dr. Bishai to call my husband as I had asked. I will do anything to make sure Mallory is there for all my visits in the future. Dr. Bishai is much younger than me. Hopefully she see be able to be my dentist for the rest of my life. One last thing. Dr. Bishai takes payments as long as you make a good faith effort to pay your bill. You won't find that hard. Dr. Bishai follows all the rules of the insurance companies especially Delta Insurance of Washington, including billing before charging, and accepting Delta Dentals negotiated rate. Most dentist do not do that. Send me a message and I will explain how most dentist are getting around that CONTRACT provision they have agreed to with Delta Dental. Pick up the phone.
