Shoreside Family Dental: Oak Harbor Dentist

Dr. Quinton and the team are incredible! They made time for my emergency and took care of the problem painlessly. They were all very friendly and hospitable, like I was family. I would recommend this office because they will take Great Care of you and I will never go anywhere else for my dental health.

First thing to note, they take military insurance. Their front desk staff is amazing. My appointment was scheduled multiple months out, but she repeatedly called with options (remembering that I needed a few days lead to arrange child care). The dentist himself was great. He took the time to explain how the teeth worked in a way I could understand and the potential pros, cons, and points of ambiguity with treatment options. The teeth cleaning was OK (seemed thorough but a bit rough). It would be nice if the dentist would come after the cleaning to review the hygienist work and ask if I had questions (I didn't). My past dentist did this and I thought it was nice. Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend this dental practice.

Friendly, helpful and so very kind. Judgement free zone, too. That's always a bonus! And yes, I'll floss more. Not because they made me feel bad, either. But because they make me feel worthy of the effort✨️

This is absolutely the best dental office I have ever been to. I've been to a number of dental offices in the 3 states I have lived in, and Dr. Quinton and his team cannot be matched. Everybody from Marci who does the appointments and phone calls to the hygienists to Dr. Quinton himself all were extremely helpful and accommodating. I had to have several appointments close together due to moving soon and they were able to work with me. They also provided me with some great tools and advice to help take care of myself better between cleanings. I honestly feel so much better about myself after these visits. Please see these fine folks. I cannot stress it enough. Thank you Shoreside for everything!

My time spent in Oak Harbor was not nearly enough (military) - but I really lucked out finding such great care in this small community. Marcy is wonderful to work with, very efficient. Dr. Quinton is very thorough and if you're like me, you ask a million questions (that aren't always important) but he is very patient and detailed. I called today to get my records sent over to my new location, and they were very swift and accommodating!

Worst customer service from the receptionist I have ever had. Marcy I believe her name was. Extremely rude. Very short In speaking with me. She even said she had left messages for me and I do have a single missed call from her. I would give this a negative 10 if I could. Not IMPRESSED at all and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This practice is just wonderful! Everyone on staff is friendly and they do excellent work.

I have never in my life been to a dental office like this one. Each and every staff member I have encountered has been phenomenal and I can honestly tell you I’ve never had such a good doctor. He is truly amazing. 5 stars is not enough…. Cheers, you guys are the best!

If I could give six stars I would! I receive exceptional service, skilled hygienist, and Dr. Quinton truly cares about my teeth and the work being performed.

My husband and I both are not fans of the dentist. Dr. Quinten is not only kind and gentle he treats you with so much respect even if you’re freaking out during a simple teeth cleaning. Marcy is the most amazing front desk woman ever! I am just so impressed with this office. I have referred so many people and I am so happy to have found someone who meets our needs.

Everyone here is warm and friendly. Dr. Quinton, the dental assistant and hygienist take the time to explain what they're doing and why. Dr. Quinton is conservative with treatment; he doesn't push any unnecessary work or services on his patients. The hygienist here gave me one of the best and most thorough cleanings I've had.

This place is amazing! I’m not a fan of the dentist and haven’t been my whole life and because of that I had to get a root canal done, I went to shoreside family dental for a crown and they were so kind and understanding. I’ve never been to a facility where all the staff were so nice and helped me with my anxiety. Dr. Quinton is very good at his work and told me step by step what was going on and continuously made sure I was comfortable during the procedure! I will definitely be going back there and making them my primary dentist and would recommend to everyone :)

AMAZING dental service. I've had so many bad experiences with dentists, oral surgeons, and the like.. I'm always apprehensive about going to the dentist. I also have OUD. They work with my medication-contract doctor, and they do it in a professional and compassionate manner. For those concerned about this issue, the Shoreside crew is light-years ahead of the curve on addiction care and pain management complications. Just be open, you have no reason to hide your illness. You will not find a more attentive dentist, in general, anywhere. Plus, Dr. Quinton has this impressive energy to him; you can tell he's an intelligent guy, and that he knows it. But it also feels like he would be the last man to tell you this. I guess you could say, he's a classy dude. The kind of guy you want to take golfing!🏌🏼‍♂️ Also, Marci the receptionist is so friendly and helpful! She's gone above and beyond in so many ways. She works with me when I screw up their schedule by being late, because I'm... Well because polititian, lol.🤷‍♂️ She just calmly explains that while I may be a smooth talker, I wasn't talking my way out of a charge for a missed visit.🤣 All the while, somehow making me feel like a better person?😜 She is much like EVERY dental assistant that works in the office. They are all so caring, kind, and calming. Everything you could possibly want in somebody that is working on your face! 😷 If you're having a bad day because your tooth hurts, you really should give them a call today! I guarantee that they make your feel much better! And Marci will probably even make you smile. 😉

I have all great things to say about this Dentist office. Marci the receptionist is awesome and friendly, Dr. Quinton and his dental assistants are all absolutely the best. They are very caring, and will do everything they can to help their patients. I have always been terrified of dentists based on past experiences from when I was younger and all of the work my teeth needed. Dr. Quinton is caring, gentle, and very professional. He did my fillings, root canals, crowns! I am grateful. You will get outstanding dental care! I definitely recommend this dentist!!

I'm brand new to this practice and so far, what I've experienced has been thorough, friendly and very professional. Had to switch dentists when my old dentist didn't carry my insurance. Glad to have made the change! The office is very small but very nicely appointed and your are well received by the office manager. I recommend this practice for anyone who needs quality dental care. They honor many insurance plans!
