Andelin Family Denistry has been my dentist for many many years. The staff is great from the first person you talk to until the last! I feel they all care for my comfort. Dr. Rob is percise when it comes to crowns and general dentstry. I know you can not find better in the Tri-Cites!

I have been going to Andelin Dentistry for over 25 years. The longevity of my experience there shows the trust I place in them. They offer a fair price for quality dentistry. On my last appointment, the Dental Hygienist told me that she had worked for several dentists, and when she saw the quality of work and materials from both Dr. Rob and Dr. Robert, she begged for the job! She told me she has never worked with higher quality dentists. On another note they are great kind people... and don't get after me for my flossing job! :)

My husband was born and raised in the Pasco area and he grew up going to Andelin Family Dentistry. So, when we moved back into the area about 7 years ago we kept up the tradition and I am so glad we did! The care we receive is wonderful and they have done an amazing job with our young children's first experiences at the dentist. The staff is always very respectful and friendly. I have had a lot of dental care in my past and have nothing but good things to say about the procedures done here. Dr. Andelin has even had to go in and redo dental work done at other dentist offices that were performed poorly. I am grateful we have found a forever dentist that we trust to care for our family.

Dr. Andelin has been my dentist for the past 8 years and each appointment has been on-time and as comfortable as a trip to the dentist can be. From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is friendly and remembers you from your previous appointments. The hygienists help you relax while in the chair regardless of how nervous or anxious you may be. Dr. Andelin is knowledgeable and able to address any questions or concerns that you may have. My family and I have been going to Andelin Family dentistry for almost 6 years. Since our first visit, we have loved everything about their office. The Hygienists and assistants are kind, friendly, and patient and amazing with our 6 children. We have had children over the years struggle with different procedures and they have helped them get through each one by explaining what is going on and helping them to not be afraid. They make coming to the dentist fun and enjoyable. Dr. Rob is very professional, kind and conservative. He never recommends a treatment unless necessary and explains things thoroughly. He is also great with kids. He takes the time during appointments to answer any and all questions we may have and is very knowledgeable. His work is of the highest quality! The front desk is friendly and so wonderful. I am always able to get ahold of someone when I need to and can always schedule an appointment quickly and easily. They also take care of my insurance questions quickly and professionally. They are also patient with children running around the waiting room! They are the first and last friendly face we see before we leave and make sure to send us off feeling glad we stopped by. All of the staff remembers us each time we come in and engages in meaningful conversations with us. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Andelin Family Dentistry and love that we feel like family when we come here!

Andelin Family Dentistry is a fantastic dentist office that I have been using for 2 years now. The office is very clean and professional and their staff is incredibly friendly and flexible with their scheduling. I have gone to Andelin's for dental work my whole life. I'll admit I recently made a mistake and went to another clinic for about 2 years, and found myself coming back to Andelin's. I came back to Andelin's for their honesty and integrity. Their hygienists are always careful and very nice during my procedures. They always answer all questions and concerns I have during my appointments. And best of all, they never lecture me about the care of my teeth. I'm sure I will go to Andelin's for dental work as long as they are in business or as long as I live in tri-cities. Thank you Andelin family for keeping my pearly whites.......white :)

I went here after a bad experience with another dentist in the Tri Cities area. Dr. Andelin doesn't try to get patients to have unnecessary work done. He is very patient with a calming demeanor that makes me feel comfortable and in good hands. I highly recommended this dental practice.
