Dr. Harrington and the staff here are AMAIZNG. They are always thorough at explaining treatment, and go the extra mile to help you when help is needed. Idk where I would be with out this clinic, and it's nice to see such a good, clean, well taken care of clinic. You can tell they are not here to make money, they are here to help those who need help and they accept state insurance, which all other offices around this area do not.

Had a tooth ache trying to call Pullman unified Dental Office, waited 45 min. for someone to answer for emergency visit. we hung up because we didn't have all day. Went some where else. Then I'm reading on a review below mine that a child that has a tooth ache, because he was a couple minutes late they turned him away. What kind of Dentist would do something like that to a child

Staff is awesome. Monte Pope, hygienist, is the nicest dental torturer I’ve ever had! We all hate the dentist but if you have to get a cleaning, I recommended Monte.

Avoid this place like the plague! Heather the front desk lady is so rude she should be fired! She will hang up on you when you are trying to explain to her you might be a couple minutes late because the roads are super snowy/icy and cars are driving slowly and you live an hour away, claiming it’s “harassment”. Then they want you to sign some behavior form! Unreal! Finally, they claim you made her “cry” so they can discharge you as a patient, but they admitted it was because again they were short staffed and me being a couple minutes late would cause them problems. I wonder why they are always short staffed?These people are such a joke, always understaffed, using that as an excuse. Also, they will call and change your appointment at the drop of a hat, changing mine from 8am to 4pm, they don’t care about your life. Also the last time I had an appointment they just flat out called and canceled it and rescheduled it for literally months down the line, just letting my teeth rot. Again saying they are booked too much. So unacceptable! Go anywhere but here!

I went to Unify Dentist and Elizabeth Harrington used dirt tools in my mouth from a previous patient an I been sick throwing up have infection in my gums an this was November of 2022 she needs to be fired

I am disappointed that after being two minutes past the grace period they turned my autistic son away. I understand we were past the grace period. My non verbal son, doesn't understand what being turned away is and the affect of this is a lot of crying and screaming. This was an emergency appointment my son is in pain for the first time and expressing it. Those few minutes shouldn't have mattered. Is this how you treat people with state insurance, would have it been different if I was paying out of pocket because I would have. I am still going to take my son to his rescheduled appointment and I hope my experience will be better. A very disappointed mommy

Save yourself stress, money, and time and go somewhere else. Pros: friendly staff Cons: Unprofessional and dishonest staff and policies The staff didn't inform me that I should have paid just half of the bill I actually paid (~$400) When I learned about it (from my orthodontist) I try to get refunded for that. The only thing I received back where many sorrys and the nonsense excuse about the staff not being properly trained and that probably forgot to do things right. Why do I have to pay for their mistakes? Who knows. In addition, after my last appointment last year. My treated tooth was sensitive to the cold. When I asked for a new appointment for rectifying the issue. I was asked to pay again meaning that the work was not guaranteed. Complete dishonesty. I suggest chosing another dental office. I waisted my time and health trying to get a solution from them.

Worthless. Had my son and I scheduled for a back to back cleaning several months out. His appt was confirmed via text 2 days before but not mine. When I called in the next day, told that my appt was cancelled with no notice, and his was actually going to be cancelled as well--even though we'd just confirmed. Couldn't fit me in again until 3 months later, even though I'd scheduled months out. No willingness to fix their mistakes, didn't care that we were going to head to another dentist. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

The dentist and hygienist are good but the automated system and customer service suck. Got told I canceled an appointment for a day that I absolutely did not cancel and had the proof on my phone. Instead of squeezing me in just basically got told tough luck and to re schedule. Pretty annoying.

My dentist John is one of the best dentists I've ever had. Hes very friendly and just wants to help you. All the other staff are also very friendly and professional from the dental hygienists to the dentist assistants. Always a great experience after each visit, and never dread coming here. Thank you

Worst dentist i have ever been to in my whole life. They are performing insurance fraud at this dentist office. They say things like you have a cavity that needs fixed on a perfectly good tooth. Or you need your teeth cleaned when you just had them cleaned.

There’s only 1 good dentist here. I’ve had 2 extractions done by one of their female dentist. She was rough with me and the 1st time I got an extraction it took many cries before my next dose of numbing, they at first claimed it to be just pressure when I could tell it was pain. They left 2-3 chunks (1 being VERY large) of my tooth in the healing gum which greatly effected the healing process as I had to take them out myself. I had then informed them I no longer wanted to work with her and that’s when I finally got to the one that I personally find to be my best fit, as he was very gentle and is able to easily distract me. I let it slide but a few days ago I went again for a root removal. She was again placed as my doctor for the day, that had already put me in a bad mindset. She was rough once again. But gave me more numbing quicker. She wasn’t able to get to my tooth properly apparently and she broke one of nthe surrounding teeth leaving a painful crack. She told me the saw that I was going to need another filling. I was confused at first but now that I know why I’m infuriated. It was only a few days ago, but I don’t feel like I should still have to take such high doses of medicine for the pain to stop after almost 3 days as most of the pain comes from the cracked tooth.

I was 2 minutes late walking in after already calling to let them know. After I show up at 4:17 for an appointment at 4:15 they told me they have to reschedule because I was late. There was not a single person in the waiting lobby. There is no reason they should have decided me. So if you are a a parent or are just busy with work and stuff I would not recommend this place they are not reliable at all.

I drive an hour to come to the dentist for my 4th appt and they tell me they rescheduled me. I got no phone call no message nothing and drive and hour in the snow to not even get seen. Worst dentist I have ever been too. If I could give a zero star I would!

This place sucks period end of story! I went to this barbaric place with a tooth ache the dentist persisted that I get 2 teeth pulled beside the tooth that is pain. He pulled the 2 teeth that wasn't hurting ripping my gums all up to the point of stitches. And says he don't have the time to pull the tooth that hurts so make another Apointment..no pain meds or antibiotics. I've sence went to a much better dentist. If you have the option avoid this place!
