The care I have received from Dr. Kaur (and her team) has exceeded all of my expectations. I have severe anxiety causing me to put off taking care of my oral hygiene. When I showed up for my first appointment I was hesitant and scared. Dr. Kaur immediately made me feel safe and secure while giving top notch care and making a clear treatment plan. She has changed my mind about going to the dentist and I will continue to go back and recommend Renton Modern Dentistry specifically to see her!

Nice Employees... And that's it... I showed up to get my first patient visit out of the way. No cleaning, no dental work, just x-rays AND IT TOOK 2 HOURS!!! I was having some tooth pain after chewing for a few minutes and in the x-ray they (and I) saw some shadowing, which I knew to be an indicator of a cavity... ok, so, I had a cavity so we scheduled a visit to get it fixed. Showed up to get my cavity fixed, they said it would take about 45 minutes after we got everything going, they numbed me up, got the cavity drilled out and then they walked away................ 45 minutes later the numbing wore off and they came back to start tapping and poking away. At this point it was excruciating and I wanted nothing more to just GTFO. Knowing it'd be another hour if I asked them to numb me up again, I told them to just get it over with and I just bared through it and now my tooth just hurts perpetually. NEVER. GOING. BACK.

I would not recommend this place unless you have a great dental insurance. The reasons for 2 stars: 1. There seems to have couple charges I am not aware of while there (like the multiple x-ray), maybe that’s the standard to have multiple x-ray and being charged? But I wish I was told that cost $$$. And also, the oral hygiene instruction is $88? I guess that’s normal? 2. I did my filling there as well, they suggested with the 3D printed one since the hole is big, it didn’t even last for a month, had to go back to redo it. 😭 3. I had to say the staff there are pretty nice, so the stars are for them.

The dentist discussed a payment plan for treatment before even looking at my teeth or getting x-rays. I felt like they were pushing a lot of therapies, but my dentist couldn’t give me good evidence behind the therapies she was recommending. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend going here because you will likely have an expensive bill.

I am happy I found Renton Modern Dentistry. They are always kind, very thorough and understanding. I recently needed a lot of dental work and they have worked with my schedule, put me on a payment plan and treated me with kindness and respect. I've had to cancel and have been late a couple times, and they have been very understanding. Their front staff is welcoming. Dr. Susee is very thorough, efficient and always very nice. Their oral surgery team is also great. I recently had a procedure and it went very smoothly. highly recommend this practice! I will continue to come for years if I am able!

My wife had the absolute worst dental experience. Starting 2 hours late for a simple cleaning, being left 20 minutes at a time between multiple sealants once they did get started. Unprofessional, lack of communication, and lack of respect, no ability to plan or stick to a schedule, pushing procedures with no explanation of why. Do not come here.

Not sure why the reviews aren't 5 stars every time. Been going here for years and they take care of me every time. They aren't just trying to dig in your pockets like other places I've been! Melissa Hayes is a true professional and a pleasure to see. Her assistant Sadaf Habibzada was great as well. I have very bad anxiety with anything hospital or dentistry related and they are the only place that has taken their time with more or put me out when it's needed. I moved to Bonney Lake 3 years ago and I still come all the way Renton because I won't go anywhere else!
