Sperry Dentistry

My recommendation is to not use this dentist. As a healthcare provider, your duty is for the care and safety of your patient. I had a dental emergency and was assured that I could be treated. Not only did Dr Sperry not treat me, she charged me for the visit and x-ray, gave me a referral, and then her office wasn’t open to provide x-rays to the dental office that she referred me to. Bad business, bad service, bad deal. Stay away!

I have been seeing Dr. Sperry for 3 years and have been so pleased with her and the staff! I prefer to have my teeth cleaned by a dentist as opposed to a dental hygienist because I find that it allows for the doc to more thoroughly examine my teeth. Dr. Sperry has a very conservative approach to her treatment which I enjoy. She will recommend treatment that she believes is absolutely necessary. She has a very calm and kind personality which I have enjoyed and her office is quiet and relaxing. Sadly we are moving, but I would have loved to continue care with her.

Dr. Sperry and her team are truly kind and always professional ! I absolutely love that Dr. Sperry has a minimalist approach. My co-worker referred me and I could not be happier with the service I receive here. Easy to set up appointments and reminder texts are a great touch.

I have gone to Dentist for too long:) That being established..Dr.Sperry is Absolutely AWESOME!! She genuinely CARES about my Care. She greets me warmly and with great care!! Everyone of Her Staff reflect the Best of the Best Care!!Dr Sperry impresses me beyond her care in the Dentist office! I have been with Dr. Sperry for fifteen years and her level of care and communication is unparalleled. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone; her knowledge and professionalism is a model for others in this field. If you are looking for gentle hands as i was, this is the place to be; I have actually fallen asleep while she is drilling on a cavity.

I am very satisfied with the services I received today from Dr. Sperry and her staff. The staff really cares about safety procedure for patients. I feel a warm welcome when I show up. Dr. Sperry patiently and thoroughly explains the procedure during the treatment. Also, she gave me great professional advice for a better treatment plan in the future based on my complicated situation. Highly recommend going to see Dr. Sperry and her team.

She's been my dentist for years and she does great work. Her attention to patient comfort, decision making and high quality work are excellent. I've recommended her to friends and family. She and all her staff are friendly and knowledgeable with a focus on parient well being.

Love the service here! I hadn't seen a dentist in quite some time unfortunately. So being able to come in and feel comfortable and informed is awsome!!

This is a long overdue review but I'm happy with Dr. Sperry as my dentist. I never feel rushed and I appreciate her approach to dentistry where others may be "Root canal ASAP!" and Dr. Sperry will be more like "This is what we want to look out for, but let's give it a little more time." It's a small dental office and I like that. I've been with bigger practices where you feel like patient 32 of the day and it's in and out and onto the next patient.

Dr. Sperry is awesome. Very thorough and explains everything so you know what is going and she does great work. The offices are nice and clean and her staff is very friendly. She was able to get me in right away. I am going to send my sons and my husband there for their cleaning and annual exams. Thank you Dr. Sperry!

I've been going to Dr. Ai-Lien for many years and she is the best! I really appreciate how much she cares and the quality of the care I have received. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Highlands looking for a great dentist and experience!

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND THEIR WORK IS HORRIBLE. The patient had to go a specialist and have all the work redone and had to make multiple appointments for a procedure they scheduled.

Worst dentist office I've ever worked with. Took 2 days off from work to have 2 teeth extracted, and the 2nd day (today march 6th 2019) they didn't even do the extraction. They stated that due to prior heart conditions that Im a liability and they won't work with me, even though my physician says Im fine. Got my money back as a check - hoping it clears and won't bounce. They also had the nerve to write down on a referral that a third tooth has to be pulled. Hmm..pretty shady services going on here. Stay far away. They also get upset when you arrive early for your appointment. Makes no sense. Also check over any documentation if you do go through them. They screwed up my name on forms.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Sperry for several years. She and her staff are always very patient, gentle and her accommodate my busy schedule. I like that she takes a moderate approach to dental care and doesn’t push unnecessary procedures, which I appreciate. I have recommended her to friends and family alike. JF

I’ve been a patient for years. My kids have been going to this practice for years and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gentle care and touch. I’ve had a crowned tooth pulled and didn’t feel a thing or soreness afterwards. They convenience of the location makes it easy to get while running errands as well. Kids are happy to go to the dentist and I couldn’t be happier for it.

Very poor customer service. I can never reach the office and most of the time it goes to voice mail and rarely my call gets returned. Patient need to followup several times to get an appointment! Recently I had an appointment scheduled and I was waiting in front of the office when I saw an email message that my meeting is cancelled as somebody is sick. This email came in 15 mins before my appointment. I took a day off for this. At least somebody could have called me to notify ahead of time. I would take my dental care somewhere else. Good luck with running the office with this kind of customer service. Update: 11/2/2017 I just saw the response from owner today. I reviewed the email that was sent to me and my appointment time again to make sure I didn't write anything wrong in my original review. The email I received from the office has time stamp of 1:44 PM. My appointment was at 2pm. So not sure how it was "1 hour 15 mins" before. My cell phone was ON the whole day and my voice mail is setup. So I don't think anybody called me that day. The email which I received specifically mentions this: "I'm out of the office sick today and we need to reschedule your appointment. I will give you a call when I get back to the office. I'm sorry for the short notice." So please don't respond with false information. At least accepting that it was a negligence on your part, will get the office some customer trust.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sperry for the past 18 yrs. I love having my fillings done without getting the shot and being drill on with her air abrasion machine and wand. I could always count on the fact that she is conservative and put my well interest first when doing my treatment plan. Her dental assistant always has a smile and is very gentle when doing xrays and polishing. I enjoy this personal and small boutique style of dental experience where the focus is on one patient at a time. I hope that it will never change especially in this current economy. Keep it up Dr. Sperry!
