Had an initial consultation yesterday, as I was looking for a new Dentist Office closer to home. The staff and doctor were all super friendly. They took X-rays and 3-D imaging, which was different and cool! My husband and I both were seen and were given a treatment plan that we could plan around. They are willing to work on payment plans as well, which is always helpful! The office itself was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of spots in the parking lot and surround street parking. With this being just a consult/initial visit, I was very happy with my experience. So far, would definitely recommend.

4.5 **! Great front desk, super friendly. Some billing issues but front desk was super helpful and said they were going to figure it out with my insurance. Getting Invisalign too and my consult was informative and not pushy.

I have had a great experience with everyone at All Smiles Family Dentistry. The staff is very friendly, helpful and willing to take the time to answer any questions you have. Antonia is a joy and makes each time i visit seem like a pleasurable occasion instead of a drag as some dentist offices have been in the past for me. I have been going to All Smiles Dentistry for many years. In fact, when I moved away from the Seattle area several years ago, I continued to travel to Seattle for my dental care. I have always received exemplary care here - from dental cleanings to fillings. I also appreciate that they strive to accommodate my schedule. ALL of the employees at this office are kind and caring. It's about as pleasant an experience one could have going to the dentist! Highly recommended.

I just came from another dentist in the area that I was unhappy with and really like this place. Scheduling was smooth and the receptionist I spoke with ended up finding time for me only a few days out. I came in for a teeth cleaning last week and the hygienist was gentle and thorough. I left my old dentist because I felt pressured to go on their treatment plan, here I didn’t feel that at all. Dr. Furman takes the time to listen and figure out what’s best for you and your finances. Overall, I’m happy I made the switch!

I had been visiting the Shoreline clinic for 7+years. Their hygienist and dentist are great. but recently got scolded by the receptionist. She sent out the reminder with the wrong time, but scolded me (shouted over the phone) since I wasn't showing up. There is no real apology later that she said she didn't say any bad words. The attitude was rude and arrogant. She tried to make up for it and rescheduled us to another time and it turned out to be a 15m teeth cleaning. We will walk away. As a receptionist, they need to find someone more patient and friendly. For those whose time isn't flexible, they might not be a good choice since they did cancel the visit and you have to reschedule.

All Smiles has offered great advice and service for 3 years now. I moved away last year and still make the trip to their office. They've worked with me to maximize my insurance payout and reduce my overall costs. Plus, everyone is really nice.

This practice is ridiculous! I contacted it online and submitted my insurance card via photo and asked if it was accepted. I was told to come in. When it was my turn, they told me I would have to pay for my treatment because they don't accept my insurance. Waste of time!

They had room for me last minute to come in to fix a chipped/cracked tooth! It was my first time here and I was able to have a permanent crown placed in one appointment instead of having to get a temporary crown. I’ll be back for my future visits for sure. It was also my first crown ever and went a lot smoother than I imagined. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’m a tired mom so I really appreciate how organized the staff is and how they have streamlined the entire process. Very efficient operations!

I went to All Smiles Family Dentistry in Shoreline in November for a routine dental exam/cleaning. While there Dr. Bui mentioned there was some mild rotting on my sole remaining wisdom tooth and advised me that although it wasn’t causing pain yet, it could start to do so soon if not removed. She referred me to Dr. Guo at Washington Jaw & Facial Surgery in Northgate, and the referral sheet I was given included a diagram indicating the exact tooth that needed to be pulled and the reasoning behind it. I called Washington Jaw & Facial Surgery and explained my referral. This was the first time that I clearly stated that I’d like an upfront estimate of costs before agreeing to any services. I was told they wouldn’t be able to calculate any kind of cost estimates until I came in and the doctor actually looked at my case. I agreed to an initial consultation appointment thinking I would just pay for an office copay and then discuss with the doctor my plan of treatment based on costs. When I arrived for my appointment I asked about copay's, and the receptionist told me that that would be determined at the end of my visit. I then stated for the 2nd time that I could not agree to any services until I knew the cost estimate, what my insurance would cover and what I would need to pay out-of-pocket. I was told that the doctor would go over all of that with me. Fine. I’m led back to Dr. Guo’s office and when he arrived I told him about my referral, gave him the referral slip – that again clearly indicated the tooth that needed to be pulled and why – and repeated for the 3rd time that I could not and would not be agreeing to any services until I knew the cost estimates. Dr. Guo’s response? “Sure sure, I just need to take a look to confirm.” He has me sit on his operating chair, makes a joke about “how young am I, why do I still have a wisdom tooth?”, opens my mouth, looks inside, says, “Yep, that’s a wisdom tooth,” and has me go back to his desk. The whole thing took 15 seconds.

I had not seen a dentist for the past 2 years. The office took care of me as if I had been a patient for years. All the ladies are pleasant and helpful from the moment you talk to them whether in the phone or in person. I just had 3 fillings ‘fixed’ without an hitches. Dr. Furman was kindly patient with me given I was very nervous. Thank you ladies!

I love this dental practice!! They are warm, professional, and break down information so that it’s easy to digest. All around a wonderful experience!

Haven't been to a dentist in 5-7 yrs. I had a filling pop out and they suggested a crown. My how prices have changed! I couldn't go forward yet, as I have to budget my monies. Would recommend them. Thorough and easy to work with. They explain everything. They do talk fast, but I believe it is in their culture.
