The best dentist I ever had!!! We moved and I had to see a new dentist and after my first appointment with the new dentist I realized that there is no better dentist like Dr. Mironov. I might have to fly to WA next time I need work done.

If you hate the dentist, Dr. Mironov will change that! I have always been fearful of the dentist because I was conditioned to believe that dentistry and pain go together. I had the *best* cleaning and filling done here. They are extremely meticulous and personable. One of dental hygienists offered a cotton swab for my glasses due to my false eyelashes-- I have never received that type of care before. Jessica has been such a strong advocate for my oral health and I am extremely grateful for her kindness and understanding. She has made sure my schedule and finances were always dialed in! Everyone here-- Dr. Mironov, Jessica and the dental hygienists I have seen are truly class acts!

The best cleaning I’ve ever had. I’m excited to have my new dentist. Update: had a bunch of gum line fillings in and they are great. They are pretty hard to get done right, but i am happy with the quality work.

The doctor is a man of few words for the master of his work. I just had Several complicated fillings Taken care of. As someone who worked in Dentistry I know and good care is received and this was perfect.

Remarkable!!! Well over 5 stars deserved. From front desk to recieving care. To say I have dental fear is a understatement however Dr. Mironov and staff put me at ease and handled my dental care so well that i will be recommending to friends and family without doubt. excellent dentist. careful to make only necessary treatment and explains options well. Office is run well and receptionist, Jessica, is friendly and helped to ease any worries. I definitely recommend this dentist if you want to get good dental care.

My husband recommended me this dentist, so far I can tell he runs an honest business, Jessica is very helpful. I do plan to go back, I have witness both 'the good and the bad" of the dentist. I don't require much work, so I don't often see him, just the hygienists. There was an stressful moment where he was very short with his staff, which it made me feel uncomfortable, but I have also seen him being extremely patient with a patient in his native language. I am well familiar with that look of horror of seeing a (medical) document/form and understand nothing. Never seen a boss (doctor/Dentist) literally sit down with the patient (customer) and explain things. (Not even at a law firm, where it's required!) Plus the location is awesome, it gives me an excuse to visit my favorite French bakery!

Best clinic ever!

In my experience the dentist at Urban Smiles is inconsiderate and a poor communicator. I went in for a routine cleaning, mainly because of the office location, but also because it's exceedingly easy to get an appointment here -- a fact that is no mystery after the service I received. While the customer service person, Jessica, and my dental hygienist were friendly and on-time, the dentist was by far the least professional I have ever seen. During my entire visit he never introduced himself, bothered to even say "hello," or make any effort to ask me a single question in an effort toward offering me better, more personal care or making the environment more friendly. The dentist is also a very poor communicator, who talked quickly, mumbled, and didn't bother to explain himself adequately. I happened to be pregnant during my visit, and instead of taking the time to responsibly explain a practice he recommended or ensure that I understood anything he told me he dismissively sped through a half-baked spiel. I'm used to being treated like a human being when I visit a doctor or a dentist, and "because research" (research that isn't even specified or elaborated on in any detail) isn't a good enough explanation for why I should adopt a practice. Furthermore, the dentist made a lot of assumptions about me when he prescribed post-natal oral hygiene recommendations. If he had bothered to ask me questions rather than talk at me he would have known that his assumptions around my nursing practices and use of pacifiers are contrary to what he recommended. A better dentist would have taken more history and had a conversation with me rather than mansplaining. As I said, the fact that you can get an appointment here at the drop of a hat should be taken as a red flag of the quality of service, not an asset.

I usually receive good service from Review Urban Smiles Family Dentistry. This time it was different. I was overcharged $425!! Before I entered for my scheduled visit I ask the front desk, "Is my procedure covered by my insurance?!." They said by Yes...everything will be fine. Its turns out the procedure was not covered and they happily overcharged me $425. Before I could dispute my claim, they had called my wife to pay off the amount. They did not bother to call me- I shall let Karma handle this one. Sincerely, Adream

Two years since my last review and I gotta tell you, they are the best!! Jessica is always so helpful as are all of the staff at Urban Smiles. Dr Mironov is an artist. He doesn't just get the job done he skillfully created a masterpiece for me. He had to create a bridge for me and it feels and looks so natural. This guy can pull a tooth without hurting you!! When he numbs you it is only the spot that he works on. You don't have the feeling that half of your face is puffy, frozen leaving you drooling all over. I had a serious issue with my tooth and experienced the worst pain in my life. I called Urban Smiles and they took me in right on the same day. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Mironov did an excellent job taking care of my tooth. He took his time to explain all my options to me and made me feel very comfortable and stress free. Dr. Mironov was great. I actually travelled from Alaska for a series of appointments with him. He takes the time to help you understand your options and then makes sure the work is done to your satisfaction. He shows extreme patience when having to make adjustments over and over. I am new to Seattle, just moved to Fremont on June 3rd. I had an emergency 4 days after I moved with a lower molar. Looks like my previous dentist in Argentina did something wrong and now I required an urgent root canal. I got a recommendation for Urban Smiles and decided to call them. They invited me to go right away and made a space for me. Not only the dentist is awesome, the secretary and his dental assistants are really wonderful. I was 100% nervous as usual when I go to a dentist, especially for a root canal. But the dentist was so patient with me and made me feel so comfy, I felt sure I was in good hands. He would stop whenever I raised my hand, would change spot whenever anything was a bit uncomfortable for me, and would take all the time in the world for me. I was relieved right away. You can also have someone accompany you if you feel too nervous (the doctor would call my boyfriend to come and see me while working on my tooth). I felt this place was comforting, that these people are all really humane and care about the patients and their feelings. The very first contact with the clinic is to fill in a form where there is a section for you to indicate from 1 to 10 how much fear you feel when visiting the dentist. They work with you based on that. Isn't that awesome? Also, you don't have to worry about taking prescriptions to the pharmacy. They will call the pharmacy near your house and make the arrangements over the phone. You just go and say your last name and they have everything ready for you. That said, I would love to recommend this amazing doctor and place in Seattle!

Dr. Mironov and his staff are super friendly and are really easy to work with. They treat you well. He actually saved me a bunch of cash since I came to him for a second opinion after I felt like my last dentist was trying to get me to do some unnecessary surgery. Highly recommended.
