Where do I begin? Old teeth, cracking one by one. Doctor Rafoth and his caring staff move heaven and earth with skill, creativity, thoughtfulness, and good communication to get me through (with minimal pain) to a better confidence in my worn out mouth. Just had an emergency that was resolved with style. He always gives me options so I can make clear choices to prioritize on a limited income. Thank goodness I found them.

I have been very happy in the past. This visit however I was VERY disappointed. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and there wasn’t a receptionist or anyone to greet me. I then waiting another 15 minutes for someone to come and bring me back. I was brought back by another dental hygienist that was not who I made my appointment with. I was never informed of the change in my schedule. Which in the past I’ve been informed ahead of time. The hygienist then informed that they were short handed. While I was getting my teeth cleaned, I truly feel she rushed the process and wasn’t thorough. She did explain and assist me in getting more information about Invisalign. She then briefly explained to me that my insurance covers a fluoride treatment, she asked I got that type of treatment but went ahead and did the treatment. She told be not to eat or drink I went home and had no idea if I had to brush it off after a1/2hour of applying. I was not at all happy with this visit.

First time visiting Lyons Creek, I had an emergency cavity that needed immediate attention, I was nervous and full of anxiety, everybody at the office was so comforting and eased my fears, from the front desk to Chris who understood the situation. Him and his equally comforting assistant were able to save my tooth and did amazing job so far. I highly recommend and hopefully I can make this my regular dentist, was well worth the drive from West Seattle.

This dental office is 5 star in every way from the front office on! They are very friendly and very efficient. Today was for a teeth cleaning and the hygienist couldn't be any more gentle with the process than she is!
