Rant this morning. Anyone and everyone knows that it takes sometimes months to be seen at a dentist specifically being a new patient. It is 7:50am and I just received a cancelation call for my appt that was scheduled months ago for a new patient dental appt at 8:30 am ! I understand that you may be short handed ...okay can I reschedule? Sorry I cannot at this time because I'm not sure when the hygienist will be back in the office and the other is on vacation 😡😤😤😫 wow ! Just wow so unprofessional and no thanks you will not be touching my mouth or accepting my money ! I would not refer anyone in the Silverdale or surrounding area to Lifelong Dental their unprofessional practices alone are not a very good way to begin a new patient relationship!
