Complete negligence. I've needed quite alot of cavities done. I've gone in once a month for a whole year because they're so "booked out" and they only do one tooth a appointment. I had to get a tooth extracted last month because they hadn't worked on it. Come to find out you can schedule to have more then one tooth worked on at a time they just don't like doing that so they will never recommend that when CLEARLY that should of been recommend, you have to ask for these appointment. My last two appointments were scheduled to be multiple teeth to be worked on. these appointments can only be midday so I take time out of work for this to only have one tooth done each time. And when you say this appointment is for multiple teeth they say "it does say your appointment is for multiple teeth but it was input wrong" as if I have control of that. 2 months in a row of waiting for them to not do what they're a suppose to. I have sat for over year with regular visits to not have my Cavities finished, teeth still decaying, I lost a tooth because they didnt see it being more damaged then others. How can a dentist leave someones mouth like this for over a whole a year? I talked to a manger with my frustrations today and got absolutely no where. They need to be reported. I still have work to be done on my mouth and will update my review if something changes.

the absolute worst place to seek care to improve the overall health! the workers are not kind. Recently they scheduled me about a month out WITH NO DOCTOR and two days before the appointment they call me to reschedule. I had scheduled for a saturday yet they only could get me in on a monday mid day? which isn’t easy for me as i work a m-f with kids. i have serious dental anexity the doctor or DA didn’t walk me through what they were doing or ask any of my preferences, they were fast almost too fast to finish my mouth which left me unsettled like they didn’t take their time at all. the girl was audibly making sounds and saying she’s having a hard time working on my mouth which made my visit worse.

Inaccurate scheduling. Sends you all around town for appointments instead of keeping you at ONE location like asked. Thanks for only tooth ache & no solutions! find service else where

This is the most disrespectful dental treatment I’ve ever had, I expressed to them that I get bad anxiety being at the dentist and they did everything to me I ask them not to do, I would communicate to them that I wasn’t numb and they totally ignored me. They made my tooth worse then when I came in to get it fixed. The doctor was incredibly rude and ignored me the whole time, this is the last place I would recommend to ANYONE!

The door lady is wayyy too aggressive and power hungry. All she needs to know is if I had been exposed to Covid or have any symptoms. She asks personal questions that are none of her business. Does this every time so I assume at this point she is trying to be annoying.

Worst Dental ever. Had a root canal done last year and come to find out they didn't finish it due to a lack of communication. Never sealed it. Went for a filling because my other one fell out and in extreme pain because I can't drink or chew on that side. Assistant is sarcastic so I was stern right back telling me they can't due anything for almost 2 months out, are you kidding me. If you have poor insurance you get treated like dirt. If you have good insurance you get taken care of right away. They still need to complete my root canal procedure especially since I paid for it. Will never recommend this place. I'm looking for a place where you get treated the same not matter what insurance you have.

Felt like the male dentist was gonna break my jaw pulling two roots out. Couldn't close my jaw at first. Even stabbed the needle very painful for numbing. The dentist at the county jail was wayyyy gentler than this dude.

Not a place to go for emergency situations... If you're suffering, save time and go somewhere that cares.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction and my mouth feels like it's fully healed. I find it easier to chew my food now. Before they toke my wisdom tooth out it was hard for me to chew stuff on the left side of my mouth as I felt like my jaw was going to break again. It so mush easier now I feel like I'm now going to break my jaw by chewing on the left side of my mouth now it's kind of an amazing or great feeling being able to us both sides of my mouth well eating with out feeling like I'm going to break my jaw bone again. I'm totally loving it. All that nervousness and being scared and worried that it would do more harm than good was point less also it was the wrong thing I should have been feeling. I feel so mush better it did more good than bad having the tooth removed in the long run. it is a really great feeling I should thank the tooth doctor I mean tooth fairy for recommending pulling it and pull the tooth despite my concern. I just to say it an really great feeling now that it's out.

I had a horrible experience at another office where they told me I had no choice but to pull one of my teeth. I'm so grateful I sought a second opinion because the staff at this office & Chas as a whole allowed me to keep my perfectly healthy tooth. Thank you to Dr. Zumwalt & staff for giving someone who has incredible dental fear and anxiety a safe and welcoming place to get treated. I felt completely welcomed, my concerns addressed, and a plan for treatment so I can get the rest of my teeth fixed. I am a very satisfied patient.

I have been dealing with a abscess tooth since 2019, finally I got in a emergency appointment on 02/29/22, has my injection was spreading but when I seen Dr. Jordan Zumwalt, she took it into consideration and got me a prescription for amoxicillin to help pain, and swelling, and told me to schedule a extraction asap so I called Monday, and they got me in and I had my abscess tooth extracted on 03/09/22, Dr. Jordan Zumwalt was the dentist who did it, She was very nice and was caring & gentle. Her assistant was a very nice & caring lady as well, they both had patience with me and kept me calm , I was extremely happy with them. I would go to them again & i recommend them. I was so scared but they kept my mind a ease and helped me get through it all and made me feel very safe . Thank you again .

I had 3 teeth extracted on monday, Dr. Burke was the dentist who did it, he was very nice and was caring & gentle. His assistant was a very nice & caring lady. I was extremely happy with them. I would go to them again & i recommend them. I was so scared and Dr Burke and his assistent made talked me threw everything and made me feel ok threw the process.

I use the online portal to ask a question prior to my dental exam/procedure and never get a response, I don't know why they offer that service when they don't monitor it. Very unfortunate but I guess I will have to ask my question when I have my appointment tomorrow.

Dr. Z is great. Staff is friendly.

CHAS East Mission Dental Clinic has the best team! I have a severe dental phobia and they take their time and make sure I'm ok every step of the way. They are very friendly and good at their jobs, making it the least stressful dental clinic I've ever gone to.

I don't remember the dr's name, but he's the main dentist there. I haven't had novicane shots that painless since my first dentist. He knew exactly what to do to make the procedure fast and painless.

I had a good first experience as a new patient and was so excited to finally find a local dentist that took my insurance. I had a better cleaning than I've ever had anywhere else. Super impressed with the dental hygienist! Recently, I keep getting texts and calls that I'm due for my next cleaning. I call today to schedule and am told that the next available appointment is not til October, and it's in the Cheney location. Nothing at all available in the Valley, even further out in the year apparently? I know as a new patient it can often take that long to be seen but I don't understand how for even already established patients, the wait is several months+ out. Seems very silly to send reminders I'm due to come in if you can't even fit me in to the schedule now.

Very comfortable, clean & professional. I was scared to go back to the dentist because of an experience at different dentist but the dentist and technicians here made me feel safe. Thank you!

Awful. Been trying to schedule my cleaning for MONTHS ON END by calling every morning at the crack of dawn and I still don't have one, yet they scheduled my filling which I won't even be able to do without the cleaning first.

The worst dental clinic I have ever been to. The dr/dentist brought him in for an EMERGENCY appointment. Did an xray and refused to treat my husband's abscess and would not prescribe him and antibiotic while he was there for the infection but rather told him to come back for that in A WEEK. My husband's abscess is getting worse and the dentist refuses to give him an antibiotic for the infection until his next appointment next week. Please don't take your loved ones here. The dentist is lazy, professional and does not care about his clientele. I will be filing an official complaint after this.
