Dr. Lansing and the personall at Dr. C Family Dentistry are friendly, courteous and so helpful. Everything has been explained to in great detail about the extractions, what to expect and Ashlee who handles the insurance aspect has been very informative, keeping me up-to-date on my acct as I approach my surgery date. I'm very apprehensive and have major dentist anxiety. They have done their best to ensure me that I have nothing to be anxious about. (We'll see bout that on day of surgery!) But they are so caring and compassionate over there. I'm a little but at ease now. Not much. Thank you Dr. C and crew for your wonderful care and support so far.

Brought my 3 year old in and was greeted right away, we were checked in very quickly and then he got to play with some toys while we waited a short time for his appointment to start. Then Gabby came out and brought us back. She was very good with him. She said and did all the right things to help him through the appointment, she even helped pick something out for him to watch during the on Netflix during the appointment. Dr. Steph came in shortly after my sons teeth were cleaned and she also did very good with helping him. Overall the experience was wonderful, especially since this was my sons first dentist appointment, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I would 10/10 recommend and will be going back there for future appointments.

Always willing to get people in, but billing is an issue. Doubled billed thousands of dollars and was refunded. Years later, after a tooth extraction, I paid in full. Now harassing me for a $25 exam fee months later even though payment is due at service. After several conversations, im still getting texts, calls, and emails...for 25 bucks. Really wish I could give 5 stars.

When I say that I NEVER leave reviews on any company or establishment - I mean that as this is my very first one! As a young mom of two boys (almost 3 &1 yo) I have received a lot of judgement when it comes to things such as dental issues with my children (specifically my almost 3yo). Not once have I felt judgement or any ounce of irritation for things that other dental establishments never tried to take a moment to hear my concerns or educate me to better my children’s dental health. I have felt confident in how my boys treatments, procedures, as well as being educated and heard of dental concerns and issues! I grew up with little help and knowledge on dental care (especially with littles) and with how the last 3 years have gone, unfortunately that became apparent as time went on with my 3yo - even with trying my best. Dr C’s has my upmost respect and trust to help guide me in learning and caring for my children’s teeth with ZERO doubt and ZERO hesitations! The BEST kids dentist in this area (I go somewhere else because of insurance, or I’d go here). Really great with the kids, very good about explaining everything and giving you all the info you need to make informed decisions. Very kind folks, and they do great work. My kiddo had to have extractions, crowns and fillings due to cavity-prone baby teeth (we’ve been religious about brushing and fluoride all along, and they’re still a problem for whatever genetic reason) and it’s been as good an experience as possible with them. Of course I’d rather it wasn’t necessary at all, but that’s life. Here’s hoping his adult teeth come in a little stronger…
