I'd love to give 5 stars as the staff is great and the work done by the dentist is impeccable. I had extractions, had a temp so went back to make sure everything was OK. The dentist responds with this He says I go from the depths of wanting to commit suicide to wanting to be on an island where I don't know anyone to praying to my God and take a motrin everyday. I suggest you do the same. This is not professional and maybe explains why he has to keep replacing his staff.

This place is a complete joke! They give you dirty lamented forms to fill out. I was told to come back for a cleaning. I come back they give me another lamented forms to read and sign. I had questions...they lady who was supposed to do the cleaning could not answer any of my questions and then wanted to read the form to me like I was the one not understanding what the form was saying. Hello I'm literally asking you questions about procedures listed on the form. She also tells me it's not even there form it's ADA form. This leads to the dentist coming in and telling me this is his wife and she is the best even though she can't answer one single question about what she will be doing. He then tells me it's my fault for reading the form because no one reads it,but it's good I read it. What?? Then tells me he is goin to send me to a specialist...been two weeks already, no specialist has called. Edit: called said specialist, referral was never sent, and referred place dose not take my insurance. Total waste of time !

Show up with my 3 children for their appointment to be told, sorry you weren’t contacted, but your appointments were canceled because the dentist had to fly to his other office in Arizona. Huge waste of my gas, time and all 3 kids missing school. Very unprofessional to not call patients in advance. Upset is an understatement to how I’m feeling about the treatment we received!

My friend went to get a cleaning and a possible filling. Multiple x-rays that were done incorrectly and was told by the office that the dental work would be covered by his insurance but then told by the condescending dentist that it wasn't and was told he needed a $1500 crown and might possibly have cancer so was told more x-rays were needed and was rushed out of the office he ended up going to a different dentist with years of experience and told that he didn't need any of the work the grins and giggles dentist suggested watch out for this guy

Great dentist, great staff. Happy positive environment and they take Molina! He was able to give me a really nice smile back! He’s an artist! Fixed 5 teeth that had recession with white fillings. They look great. Thank you :D Back again a year later and it was an even better experience. I’ll keep going here as long as he takes Molina. I was able to get on a payment plan that took 5sec for issues insurance wouldn’t cover. The staff are courteous and kind. It’s a beautiful office, which is reassuring considering strangers have their hands in your mouth. It was an overall great experience. They were able to refer me to an orthodontist as well. Great people. One of the best to take state insurance.

Went in for some bonding that chipped off in the back. I was told I needed a night guard to fox the chip. I did not agree and was told there is nothing to fix. Upon disagreeing I was told we have "differences in opinion, different religious beliefs, different political beliefs....." not sure why the doctor today decided to go there but he did. It felt very discriminatory.

The most professional yet like family dentist! You will be treated like you matter! The staff is fantastic! Friendly, it's easy to be comfortable with this dentist! If you have any dentist anxiety you are in great hands here! The sence of urgency is on point! I've been to a few dentists in Spokane and I found my forever dentist here! ✨✨✨✨✨

I normally don't do reviews and I regret ever doing one for this office. I came back to edit my review after speaking to many people and telling them what happened. They suggested to do this to warn others.At first everything was fine up until my 3rd appointment. Long story short, my tooth was filed down, couple days later my molar was cracked, abscessed, then I was told I was to see someone to assess the crack. Way to much money to do that then to fix it if it had salvation would be alot more. When I said I wasn't going to do that, Anabelle and Laura said that I will not be seen anymore at their office. I could state step by step but way to much. I'm still dealing with pain after taking care of the problem. Please be cautious who you trust.

Great people great service, squanched my fears of the dentist.

My first time getting any work done at this office and it was fantastic. I don’t like having work done and have major anxiety..and they were very accommodating. I never even felt him numb the front of my mouth with the needle. Just super gentle, quick and efficient.

Update 4-25-2022. Had 3 fillings. Everyone was great! Thank you so much!! Great practice. Friendly staff! Efficient everything! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing! So glad we found this office because I’ve not experienced better from CA to FL to here :) Efficient, Through, Clean facility, run by amazing Admins, Staff, and Doctor 10/10

My visit was my best visit to a dentist. And the staff was also great.

Today was the most exceptional dentist visit i have ever had i went in very scared my blood pressure some what elevated and the first person i seen made me smile and feel so welcomed then i was taken back to have six teeth pulled and the young lady who sat with me was so loving and kind and made sure that i knew nothing bad would happen then came the doctor and oh my gosh he was sent from heaven because i never ever felt any pain at all never felt any shots didnt really feel any pressure when he pulled my teeth the whole experience was like nothing ive ever had before and im going to let everyone i know to go to Grins and Giggles. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the staff and Doctor for making me feel so welcomed and safe

The dentist is super nice and his staff are as well. Such nice folks! They also did a great job on my teeth. 😀

Everyone I came in contact with was so caring. I felt at ease. I was in this same office three years ago and the work that I had done was high caliber. And the costs were very reasonable. These are the reasons I came back.

It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned in a long time so I was very nervous. Dr. Was so nice and made me feel relaxed. And the assistant Starla that cleaned my teeth was so amazing and gentle and made me so at ease! Thank you!!!!

Love my 1st visit!! I was made to feel comfortable and like I was family!
