Dr. Shern is a phenomenal dentist. I found him via google, and was skeptical about how good his reviews were. However, after experiencing his office I must say that he lived up to his reviews if not more. He chose the least invasive procedure, and helped me save my original tooth instead of performing a root canal which I was originally scheduled for. Dr. Shern noticed that he could save the tooth upon beginning my appointment for a full root canal. Instead he told me, "good news we get to save your tooth, and I will make a crown for it to further protect it. He constantly asked if I was doing okay during the procedure, and everyone in the office was friendly and professional. I found Dr. Shern via google, and he has now become my dentist for as long as I am in the Eastern Washington area. Thank you Dr. Shern and staff!
