Dr. Hsue saved my smile! I'm the kind of person that avoids the dentist at all costs. That kind of ignorance catches up to you in a very painful manner. The scariest part of my experience at west valley dental was the 20 minutes I sat in the car in the parking lot too scared to come in. As soon as I walked in Jenny and the front desk staff made me feel safe and reassured me that I wouldn't be leaving with another car payment in dental fees. Then I met Dr. Hsue and he was so kind and gentle. He explained everything to me and told me what he was going to do with no surprises. When my boyfriend picked me up I was a happy camper. My biggest mistake was waiting so long to come in!

The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, the foyer is spotless, and documentation is something that everyone has. I finished it in approximately 15 minutes. Dr. Hsue (pronounced "soo") ran over the full-screen image on a wide screen after a cool machine had mapped my teeth, and after asking several questions, he indicated his suggested course of action. Very sensible and transparent. Good people and a good setting.

The Team at West Valley Dental is nothing short of SPECTACULAR. I just underwent surgery and from what I remembered and mentioned by my wife, who escorted me that day, the entire staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Being foggy the first couple of days after surgery, I was not able to respond to the Staff's call and text immediately. I attempted to call back on a Friday, but the clinic was closed. To my surprise, I received a text from Jenny on Saturday morning, who was off and away from the office but made the kind effort of trying to get a hold of me to check on my condition. Calling me on her day off clearly reflects how caring and interested she was in my wellbeing. Again, this Staff has gone above and beyond expectations providing customer service and the overall care of their patients. I appreciate them all. Thanks!

Our ENTIRE family receives care from West Valley Dental and I have looked high and low for a dentst for years and I have finally found our "Forever" Dentist. This office is a family. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the care you receive is phenomenal. Not only have you guys cared for my 3 kids, you have given me back the confidence to smile. I received my two implants today and was told for years I couldn't have two teeth in this spot because it would not fit. Well guess what....these guys performed a miracle and today I am probably the happiest person around.this town. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being not only good at what you do but kind, passionate, caring and you can tell EVERY single person that works there loves what they do. It Shows!!
