Vancouver Pacific Emergency Dentist

Came in with a broken filing with a lot of pain. Was able to be put into a chair in a matter of minutes. Everything got resolved and was the first time I wasn’t in extreme pain due to not getting enough numbing agent. Edit: After my tooth was fix and I was sitting there resting, The doctor ask me to do a review on the place. I said I would, but instead of letting me do at on my own time, I was strong armed into give a review right then and there. I was even questioned why I wasn't giving them a five star review when filling it out. I felt so uncomfortable with the situation that I have not gone back to this place and won't go back. With this edit the review is more accurate. Still a great place if your in a pinch, but don't like pushy people telling me I have to give them a good review.

Dr. Yu and her staff will save the day! They got me in as soon as they could and took really good care of me. I learned that they do normal dental work! I will be coming here from now on! As a person with extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist I can confidently saw I feel better about coming into the dentist!

Absolutely love this office!!, (i can not believe I just said that for a dental office.) I was always afraid going to the dentist, but I can honestly say I now love going to the dentist, and not afraid. The 2 doctors there are absolutely wonderful and genuinely care about my treatment. Just got back from the office where they got me in and fixed my tooth. I had cracked a tooth when I was eating raisins that had a small rock in them. They are fast and efficient. I have been here several times before and they are always able to get my teeth numb unlike the dentist I formally went to. They also work great with my insurance unlike my former dentist. I really appreciate their work.

Dr. Lee is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I was in pain and Dr. Lee saw me right away. I ended up needing two crowns and he did them both right then in there. He was fast and EFFICIENT. He and his staff made me feel so comfortable, I’ve never been comfortable at the dentist. I am truly thankful for Dr. Lee and his team!

I'd give 8 stars if I could...I have NEVER felt so well taken care of by a dentist. Not only did I need an extraction and root canal, but I had to work around a travel schedule because we are traveling full-time. Doctor and staff were all welcoming, thoughtful, and caring. I can't possibly give a higher recommendation.

The handsome Dr. Kim and the wonderful Dr Lee were fantasic. I could not believe how quick and painless my wisdom tooth extraction was. All of the staff was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I went in this week with an infection and a tooth that needed to be extracted. I have horrible anxiety about going to dentists but they quickly put my worries to rest. The office staff were incredibly friendly and were upfront about all costs throughout the process which was amazing since I don’t have insurance. Dr. Kim and his assistant were so kind, patient, and gentle while working on me and I couldn’t be more grateful to them for easing my anxiety and making sure I was comfortable. I’m so happy I found a place that genuinely cares about their patients and I am looking forward to going back for regular cleanings in the future. Thank you guys so much!

Thank you all so much!! I cannot possibly say enough about my experience with this office and Dr. Kim. I have developed extreme anxiety after a sister’s passing. The pandemic hasn’t helped, nor did being pregnant at the time of her death. Anywhoo......the front office are people you could meet and have a coffee date with. Super welcoming and sweet. Before my children, I worked in the same position as them for an oral surgeon for 7+ years. The assistant(I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, I was super stressed), she was accepting, relaxing, understanding, caring, and welcoming as well. Dr. Kim was....well, have you ever met someone who is doing what they were meant to do in life? He was gentle, understanding (even more than me), comforting, caring, and funny as heck! So much so, that my mother-in-law and husband want to make appointments! They know how hard it is for me to be at ease with new people, and then the added stress of having no choice and HAVING to be seen. So I end this how I began, Thank you all so much!

My family loves this location, the staff, the caring team and the service! All of the staff from the front office to the dental assistants and dentists do a wonderful job!
