Enhanced Dental Care

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so patient with me as dentist offices make me nervous. She gave me all her helpful tips as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a wonderful and great experience at Enhanced Dental Care. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. I definitely will be recommending this place to friends and family members.

This is a very friendly professional place for dental care. Dr Gantz has a very good bed side manner and his office team are awesome!

Absolutely bogus dental office I missed one appointment due to the bus running on half hour schedules when Covid was happening and they punish you for two years after that missed appointment . Which mind you i understand why however they need to be a little more understanding . People who rely solely on the transit can’t control if the bus is late or is on half an hour schedule. I hope that you get better policies and kinder employees. Because the people are kind of rude.

I Love Enhanced Dental. I use to hate going to the Dentist but I find myself looking forward to it because it is so relaxing, and everyone is sooo kind and patient. Dr. Gantz and Deanna make you feel like you're the only one there and that has never happened anywhere else in my life and I'm 58 years young. I had a good cleaning experience and then a really poor crown experience. I was given a crown and it only lasted a year and a half. I went in to have it reset, and that only lasted two days. I decided to go somewhere else when it was 2 months before they could see me again. No compensation was given, I paid full for all of the services, and I was very disappointed.

I have to say this dentist office is very professional and very accommodating. I’ve never had a bad experience with this office before today. I will continue to go here but I will also address the problems that I am having with receptionist HEATHER. I called today to make an appointment for my daughter and the receptionist heather was very rude and unprofessional. All conversations in my phone are always recorded bc of the type of work I do. She thought it was really funny when I told her I was recording what she was saying to me. Then started laughing and mocking me. She would not let me speak to a supervisor. She instead just kept hanging up on me. As a healthcare worker myself, if my office did any sort of thing like this it would be addressed in a timely manner. I have emailed and reached out over Facebook to speak to someone in charge. But no one has gotten back to me. I will continue to try to get ahold of someone. But as far as someone who is representing your office goes that has no knowledge of how to be kind to people, I think it’s needs to be addressed quicker than it is being addressed

Raisa did a great job cleaning my teeth, she's professional and caring... she told me what she was doing and why... She made cleaning my teeth a pleasure... for a teeth cleaning that is :)

Definitely best experience I've had with a dentist. So accurate and comfortable. My fillings end up so perfect I can't even see where they are. Definitely recommend! Great staff too!

Dr Gantz is the most kind and honest dentist I have seen. He answered all my questions and gave me several treatment options that fit my budget. Recommend him to EVERYONE I know!

Both my husband and myself have been going to Dr. Gantz office for almost 3 years now. The staff was very professional and provided us with fantastic explanations for the treatment that we needed. We had several office visits for treatment and every time we knew we were in great hands with Dr. Gantz and his team. We highly recommend them! We are so sad that we moved, because it has been hard to find an office with as much integrity for treatment as Enhanced Dental Care!

I can’t express this enough, if you have any second thoughts this is definitely your place for an overall amazing experience. I had some major work to be done and a over the top obnoxious fear of the dentist (I’m talking extreme I cry before I even hit the chair) well I was made to feel comfortable and not embarrassed for my excessive crying if anything vary comforted by staff and the doctor himself. He did way more work then they normally would do in one sitting because of my fear and probably not going to make it to another visit for a while. He got all the work done and I didn’t feel A THING NOT EVEN THE NEEDLE TO NUMB! really made such a lasting impression on me and I am truly great full to have such a good experience when so many other places have just added to my anxiety. I would recommend this place hands down to any and everyone. I know this sounds so cheesy but it really changed my life I was in so much pain and had such anxiety. Just so happy I gave them a shot it was worth more then words. Thank you!!

My husband and I have been patients of doctor Gantz for almost 10 years. We have had incredible services in his office. The staff is very helpful, and the appointments are always on time. I'm writing this review because I want to command Enhanced Dental care for their great work! I brought my six-year-old daughter in, a few months ago for the first time in a non-pediatric office. She isn't a huge fan of going to the dentist, but she had such a good experience with Dr. Gantz and his hygienist. Dr Gantz was very gentle with her, and we really appreciated it. They took time to talk to her and explain things, checking in with her as the procedure was happening. She felt very secure and calm during her visit. I will definitely be recommending this dental office to friends and family!

Dr. Gantz is great! I've been going to him for years and he has taken care of all of my dental needs. Very polite & kind and his staff is wonderful. Highly recommend

I would not recommend Enhanced Dental Care. They are the bottom end of what is available here in Walla Walla.

Told them I didn't want x-rays for my daughter or floride and they just gave me excuse after excuse why they have to have it done or they couldn't see her. Last thing I knew is that we have rights and can refuse treatment if we want to. Everyone in this office has an attitude! Wow, they just kicked my daughter out because I have an opinion! Wow!

Brought my 7 year old in for cleaning an x-rays. The dental assistant Refered us to Tri cities because they won't take him because he is a gagger. Would not recommend them not friendly at all. Definetely would not take children here.
