Crown Dental

My first visit went wonderful. No dentist jitters and a good visit with a chocolate carmel to finish it up. Only a good dentist would give those out. Coming from East Wenatchee, it was a trip worth coming for and I am excited about my next visits.

I just about have a phobia about dentist but they have been so good to me at Crown Dental. They are professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and my favorite part painless. I'm beginning to lose my phobia and that is nothing but a good thing.

I came to Crown Dental for a second opinion. The previous dentist I went to wanted to do a lot of unnecessary procedures at at great expense. Crown Dental relieved my fears with a diagnosis and procedure far simpler and less expensive. The doctor made me feel confident that all would be well. The staff was very supportive and kind. I am so very glad that my friend recommended Crown Dental. I would recommend them to anyone.

By far, this was the most phenomenal dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m very new to town, and was referred to Dr. Valdez by a someone in passing. Without warning, my front tooth crown became excruciating painful. Not only did Grecia get me seen immediately, I wasn’t prepared for the overwhelming and caring hospitality from the entire office! Marlene, wow, she could tell I was in pain, was gentle with the X-rays and even found a way to make me laugh during the pain. Dr. Valdez went beyond the X-rays to dive in deep to find the source of the pain. Within 24 hours, the pain is almost gone!!! Grecia helped me get financing and a perfect smile is less than six months away. Honestly, I can go on and on about how much gratitude I have for everyone at Crown Dental in Richland and looking forward to seeing them soon. - Joey

Staff at Crown Dental provided an excellent experience. Staff was welcoming with smiles and a joyful atmosphere. Each member from receptionist to dentist was competent in their explanation of dental issues and the options to resolve them. Insurance issues too were skillfully explained by receptionist, Nayra. If you need financial options discussed, she the one to contact. I have shopped because I have much work to do. I’ve chosen Crown Dental to do the work. I highly recommend them.

I get nervous when I go to the dentist and they were very understanding made me feel better and they did a awsome job on my tooth i recommend crown dental to get your dental work done.

I haven’t been to a dentist for most of my adult life, and staff and dr totally made me feel “at ease”. Assured me I hadn’t done a bad job at taking care of my teeth. It’s a great place to go, I recommend them highly!

My family absolutely loves Crown Dental! We recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care for any of your dental needs. The atmosphere is so nice and always makes us feel calm and relaxed as we get work done. The staff is also always so friendly! Grecia and Nayra were very helpful and prompt to attend us and answer any questions we had at the front desk. Anthony and Yasmine were amazing assistants always asking if we were ok or needed anything through out our appointment. Dr. Cantu, Dr. Valdez, and Dr. Jiménez are the best dentists in town! We definitely are looking forward to our next visit to crown Dental!

I have to admit I was a little nervous being that I haven't been to the dentist since 1989. Dr Cantu was very kind, professional, and skilled. Did not feel an ounce of pain!

Dr. Cantu and his staff were there to help with my dental needs anyway that they could. My dentures took a little longer than they did at other places but the out come was worth the wait. My oldest sister could not believe how nice and natural my teeth look. I catch myself smiling so much more. "Thanks Dr. Cantu and staff your awesome." January 13, 2023. ***update*** After getting the remainder mini implants to hold my lower dentures in place... I couldn't be happier. I was happy with the first 2 I got September 2022. Having 2 more just makes me smile with more confidence knowing my dentures are going to stay put without all the harmful toxins from the glue. This has been a goal that I thought I would not be able to reach. Dr. Cantu's office will treat you right and work with you. I recommend Dr. Cantu to anyone, even those afraid of dental procedures. I went in for a limited exam due to only having state insurance, but regardless Dr. Cantu was very professional and informative on my exam and options going forward. The receptionists and DAs were also very kind and walked me through everything in a relaxing and friendly manner! Will definitely consider them in the future if I get regular insurance!

My dentist made me feel very comfortable. He was very informative, so was his assistant. The billing department and receptionist were welcoming, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was covered. And the office had a very positive vibe and was all the way up to date with the latest. THIS IS THE DENTIST YOU WANT!!! THE WHOLE FAMILY now goes to CROWN DENTAL, excluding grandma and grandpa. We are treated wonderful every single time. We barley have any wait time, or problems with billing. This last treatment on my daughter's teeth almost brought me to tears. They look beautiful and will defidently improve her confidence.
