Big thanks to all the people at Inspired Dental! Everyone there is very nice and friendly. I'm greeted by my first name as soon as I walk through the door. They all are happy to see me when I come in for an appointment. They always explain things well if I ask questions. I feel very comfortable and relaxed, no matter what work is being done. They have a wonderful team that genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Brown and the staff have been taking care of me for quite a few years. I love Inspired Dental specifically my dentist Dr. brown and his team. They provide great patient care on all aspects including always running on time which is so nice for those of us that make appointments during our lunchtime. I recently had a dental emergency (chipped enamel on my front tooth) I called them when they opened at 7:00am and they were able to get me in at 8:00am that morning. Best part is they were able to fix my tooth right then and there. They made the time to fit me in their busy schedule and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They saved the day!! If they’re taking new patients I would highly suggest calling them to establish care with them.

The billing lady at the front desk is entitled. She needs a lesson in customer service. I think her name is Diane. I have no problem with the people who work in the back like dentists and dental hygienists. I will really miss Dr. Brown. It's so sad that she is there cause now I'm never going back and my kids really love the Denist.
