Fast appointment set up and extremely friendly visit. I had seen several other dental offices about lower dentures, and they all wanted to correct the teeth that I had (broken teeth, sensitive teeth, and missing several back teeth). The cost to correct them was far higher than dentures, which was all I wanted. Dr. Evans at Aspen Dental in Beckley offered to repair my teeth or let me choose to finally get dentures, and I was quick to choose dentures. They had an amazing financial plan to assist and I would STRONGLY recommend this office for any dental needs. (I even received an oral cancer screening for only thirty dollars.) Five stars for sure! Thanks Dr Evans and the entire staff!

Very professional and well trained on this cold day. Carrie greeted us and answered all my questions about accommodating a disabled Veteran in a wheel chair and on oxygen. Melody was very understanding and gentle with my disabled husband and as his caregiver I appreciate her tenderness and kindness toward him. But the best surprise was the attitude and actions of Lisa in a complete explanation and understanding of the needs of my husband getting a new denture. She was informative and patient and conducted the transaction with speed and efficiency and gave us a return appointment that suited our needs for his new dentures.

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Not a bad experience at all.

Elderly beware! Anytime a dentist can argue with an unsatisfied elderly customer there is an issue. Anytime front staff is constantly changing and unable to get your records straight, say they called but you have no recordband they don't leave messages, the techs unaware you've already been fitted and then have to look back through paperwork to find out you are right the entire time .there is an issue! Several of the staff have confirmed they are not hygienest and have not been to school and so there is a constant "mix up in paperwork and scheduling. The dentist is unfriendly, judgemental, and lacks bedside manners! I've came back and forth to get my teeth corrected and there is always a problem. I guess we should have paid attention to the picture on her desk that says something like "we appreciate the staff and if you don't agree put in an application!". This is not a good look for Aspen and this office doesn't represent the Aspen cultur that they have at the Charleston office. I'm sure they are not owned or managed by the same people. I wished they would send na undercover patient for processing. Be aware the first visits seems friendly and soon as you sign up for the package everything changes! I will be making a formal complaint as well!

Experience to date has been very helpful and positive. Very friendly staff. Prompt attention with every call I have made. Very Happy so far with Aspen I believe i made a good choice 😀

This place is a joke, it nothing more than a franchise no different than a fast food joint. I would give zero stars if it would let me, they are horrible my daughter went there because she thought she was getting an abscessed tooth from a tooth that was broken while having her wisdom teeth cut out. They did x-rays and proceeded to tell her she needed to have a deep cleaning and it would be over $1000 dollars and than proceeded to tell what all else she needed to have done. They did nothing but make her feel horrible.

Staff were very professional and excellent about explaining my treatment options and procedures.

Had a appointment at 2 went back at 215 they done my scan for my dentures was very professional very kind answered my questions I would recommend to anyone

Made an appointment to get new partials. I drove an hour to get there and waited 45 minutes, then, the dentist comes in and informs me she doesn't want to make my partials, that it would be a waste of money because Aspen Dental can't make new partials that fit better than 16 year old partials that are worn out. Basically, I was shown the door. What a terribly humiliating experience. My original ones were made at Aspen Dental in Easton PA. The service I received there was above and beyond kind, non-judgmental and professional- - Something this dentist is not familiar with. I'd never go back. Horrible experience.
