You are greeted with a smile from Shelby and she is a person who goes above and beyond and makes you feel comfortable. Kay, my Hygienist, is another smiling face who is very thorough and professional and always friendly and helpful. Dr. Mark and Dr. Kristen are professionals through and through and always puts me at ease. From lab to front desk - professionalism abounds. These people love their jobs and it shows.

I could not have been more pleased with the calm and professional staff from the onset of my visit. I had an emergency situation, and was accommodated asap. The doctor and supporting staff were very thorough, and set comforting expectations as the procedure(s) progressed. Pro: Very easy, no stress, all procedures went well. Dr. Christina, friendly, explains all procedures and needs. Hygienist was the most though and took the most care of any hygienist I have had. This practice is a 10! Con: It is very stressful that you have to pay up front, before procedures. Insurance not billed. Fees are high in comparison of previous Dentist now retired in the area. I am on a limited income. Unable to work. No retirement. Not eligible for Medicare until my husband retires. I pay monthly for Dental Insurance. I have many other medical bills that I pay monthly payments.

I’ve never been one to leave a google review, but I feel that this dental office deserves all the stars you can give them. Dr Mark is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. My teeth have always been something that I’ve been embarrassed about, and I’ve had other dentists be rude or crack jokes about my teeth. But here, EVERY SINGLE person, from receptionist to dentist, has treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding. I live over an hour away from the Charleston area, but I gladly drive the distance for my appointments because no other office even compares to this one.
