I advise anyone looking for a dentist to go somewhere else! I had a root canal done on a tooth close to a year ago. The tooth broke off to the gums, tore my gums up, and I have a bloody socket. I was told multiple times (by the rude receptionist) that I shouldn't be having the pain that I explained that I am having. Everyone knows that dentists can miss part of the nerve, it's common knowledge. Everyone in the medical field knows to not TELL a patient they shouldn't be experiencing the pain they are experiencing. I tried to argue explaining that my gums were tore and the socket was bloody, but it was pointless.

I have been going there a while and the office staff if not very personable at all ... they have been very rude and unsympathetic. I am now awaiting a root canal and when I called in I was tossed around on the phone by office staff because no one wanted to deal with me... I have been on antibiotics for over two weeks and when I tried to explain the pain has gotten worse and that the pain has spread i was questioned as if I was a child and told they will try to message the Dr for a medicine change request. I wouldn't recommend this office due to rude staff and definitely not for emergencies.

Wants to charge for follow-up visits to fix his own inadequate work that failed. Office staff isn't just rude, they're directly insulting, which I assume he allows since he knows he's going to end up in court anyway for half of the work he does. This isn't a one-person interaction, he's well known in the local dental community to be a joke. He's made such a poor reputation for himself that the only clients he gets are the impoverished, and he banks on poor people not having the income to afford an attorney so he treats them like garbage. Timothy Spears is the epitome of a bad dentist, and if you value your health and well-being you'll seek out medical care elsewhere. Just look at the reviews he gets on here if mine isn't enough to convince you.

Doc spears is AWESOME!!! Pulled my bottom teeth and also had my dentures made in the office ! The staff is amazing!!!

Super friendly staff. Drs are incredible! Worked me in with little notice without any problems! Dr Spears is very kind and took the time to explain everything that was going on and answer any questions I had. He later called me after hours to make sure I was still doing well. I’ll never use another dentist as long as Dr Spears is here!

Absolute worst! I had a major filling done in april and I just fell out tonight. So that filling only lasted 4 months. I pay out of pocket which costed me $350 and that went down the drain because my tooth still isn't fixed!! I do not recommend! I will be calling in the morning to see if I'm going to have to pay to have their mistake fixed!!! Stay away from here if you want your dental work to last!!! I will update my review after I call in the morning!

Worst Services. You call and nobody will ever pick up. Do not provide any service.

Their slow wait time, awful customer service, and planning schedule that seems to negate how a normal person lives is ridiculous. On top of that, they overdose you on lidocaine and you get negative side effects of that drug and the facilities are awful. They only have six chairs in the waiting room also.

I went to see Dr. Lincoln Spears for a large filling. I hadn't had a filling since leaving the Air Force and was quite nervous. Dr. Spears used laughing gas to help me relax, worked great and I actually almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. The numbing shots didn't even hurt a bit! He is very easy to deal with and takes my insurance so the out of pocket for me was quite low. Simply a great experience.

I recently went in for a checkup and cleaning. Dr. Spears and staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Procedures were quick and painless; price was very reasonable; care superb. Dr. Spears seemed to take a genuine interest in my health: he gave me advice on how to better care for my teeth and even helped me schedule an appointment to check up on some problem areas next year. Will definitely be coming back

This was the first time i had been to the dentist in years. I seen Woodrow, and he was amazing. He did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth, he explained everything he did, told me why he was doing it, how the tools worked, etc. He was awesome! and he did a fantastic job!

They had a dental student perform a Filling on my molar which ultimately led to an infection due to improper technique. During the months following I have had multiple visits to correct the issue all of which have failed. Poor facilities. Requests for antibiotic refills have been ignored despite the nurse claiming they would call it in. Stay away from this dentist at all costs.
