AlSaleh Dental Center - Martinsburg Dentist

They canceled an appointment I made and tried to reschedule 3 months later. They’ve been a really good dentist but three months is ridiculous for something that was their fault.

Called with an emergency, they saw me the same day.

They say they do emergency dental but when you call they try to book you 3 days away. Not very “emergency” if you ask me.

Went in for a cleaning a few weeks ago and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I had a bill discrepancy and went in today and spoke with Dr. AlSaleh about it and he let me know that he will fix the issue, which I really appreciate.

Dr. Alsaleh is fantastic very gentle and caring! His practice is state of the art and designed for his patients comfort. Scarlett is amazing too so very friendly great with her patients! I would highly recommend this practice!!

I do have to say I love this dentist office. The girls at the front desk where very helpful and nice. The dentist was extremely good with making sure I was comfortable and always stating what he was doing as he was doing it to keep me informed, that I haven't really experienced that in a dentist. He was knowledgeable and the dental assistance was awesome and great with kids, and my man child(husband). Thank you all.

Initially I gave them a 5 star review but after three months I'm taking that down to a three star. Dentist and dental assistants are fantastic. The ladies at the front desk managing the billing however leave a little to be desired. It took four visits within three months for them to realize they did not accept my insurance which resulted in paying a nice chunk of change out of pocket. How do you not know what insurance you do and do not accept? Absolute negligence.

Excellent and skilled staff! Great communication and support regarding my dental care needs (fairly extensive). Moved to the area at the end of 2019 and very pleased to have found a Provider like AlSaleh Dental Center. Definitely recommend!

I have to talk about Tammy. From the very first moment of taking X-rays and we both cracked jokes I knew that she would make my appointment go smooth. She makes you feel at ease. Asking if I was ok the whole time. Gave me a stress ball to squeeze as she knew I was a nervous wreck. I already have two aunt Tammy’s in my family and I so wish I could add her as another. Dentists are usually a nervous experience for me but she made the entire time as easy as possible. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I have been going to this dentist for a few years now. I have never had any issues with scheduling. They work with you on any procedures you need done. They also work with any insurance you may have. I also have very little pain afterwards and for that I’m grateful. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. AlSaleh's since before AlSaleh Dental Center was formed. I have seen the practice transition from what was already a good practice into what is now an excellent practice. The highly qualified staff are always friendly, professional and make every visit a pleasurable experience. The state of the art facility is clean and offers a comfortable setting for anyone who may have any fears of visiting the dentist.

I had not been to the dentist in like 6 years. Didn’t have good insurance and really couldn’t afford it. I went there and I had to get various teeth pulled out due to all the cavities I had. I felt so ashamed and really wasn’t feeling good about myself. The Dentist was super nice and made me feel super comfortable. He proceeded to advise me all dental work he was going to do on me. I told him my economical Situation and he made my appointments fairly separated to be able to make more money before my next visit. I didn’t go for a while after that and now I went again today and was same, felt comfortable, he told me what we are going to work on next and told me that everything was going to work out. All of his staff is amazing. I had Brooke today she was great! Super light hand And, cleaned my teeth perfectly. Thank you for being as amazing as you are! Would never go to different dentist ever again!! I found my match!!! Thanks guys for doing an amazing job!!!

Dr Alsaleh was very informative and very nice. The office is very modern and clean.

Didn't try to rip me off. My teeth are clean. No problems. Dentist isn't trying to rush me into procedures and wants to take his time to see how everything develops. Answered all of my questions well. Recommended.

From the first time in the door to the back room, was exceptional. I maybe had a 5 min wait. Tammy was my dental technician. She worked aimlessly to clean my teeth. She kindly explained to me what she was doing and really handled with care. I am so thankful to have this dental family and I'm really excited for the next visit. Thank you. 5 stars!
