Overall experience has been wonderful. The staff is very helpful, professional and caring. I have had a few different things done, from the basic routine cleaning to a complete root canal and have had no bad experiences or issues with any procedure done. I am like most that has high anxiety going to the dentist but it has gotten better thanks to the dentist and staff at Adams Family Dentistry.

I called on 8/4, about 30 minutes before they closed. I was inquiring about whitening options. The receptionist was totally short tempered and downright rude. Maybe they're nicer if you call earlier in the day?

I would find a different dentist no matter how far you have to drive!!!! His main concern is how much he can bill you. His prices are higher than what insurance allows so he is always making a little more than what you need to pay. He does things that are very unethical and again only concerned with how much money can he make. I never really had dental problems until I started going there. Now after seeing a new dentist, a customer of mine, someone I know I can trust, my suspicions we're confirmed. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere but here!

The doc is always polite, staff is always friendly. Little waiting time. I always like the small talk but still being down to business to get you in and out. They use newer technology also when doing x rays as well as fillings.
