With Dr Bob gone it is just not the same. I've got a massive tooth ache but they wouldn't schedule me sooner then 4 days from now even though I had been a customer for 10 years with my whole family. They lost a customer Too bad. We called on Tuesday morning and they couldn't get me in until Friday morning because I was on their inactive list. So ended up going with a competitor of theirs instead who didn't have a problem taking us in sooner.
